Baldy’s tweet just said ‘big news’...the thread title says FA..could be a trade
Makes sense. Although they drafted Jalen Reagor, they lost out on the one they wanted and Eagles fans are still livid. They could make it up in a big way if they managed to figure out a reasonable contract for Brown.Ugh...hope not

An incentive laden contract on a contending team with one of the best young quarterbacks. What better place to resurrect a career than on a team that desperately needs a quality receiver and will feature him.

Eagles are going to be extremely interesting to watch this year, given the opportunity.Did you know we traded for a WR and drafted 3 more this year? Plus we have both starters from last year returning, Desean and Alshon, AND last year’s second round pick. 0% chance it’s a wideout.
Warford makes sense, I can’t imagine Clowney would turn down money elsewhere, and Jamala Adams... idk. We do still have 25m$ so anything could happen.
They're trading us two 1sts and a 3rd for CeeDee Lamb.
I am not worried in the least about this dredge of a franchise in Philly. Only time they beat us is when we beat our selves led by the Carrot.
Very interesting thought....would you have traded dez or Irvin for the same knowing how their careers went? I kinda think lamb is going to end up between the two of them....
Because they can’t draftThe Eagles always seem to be very active in the off season. Their CAP is just an imaginary figure that they always seem to be able to manipulate to their advantage.
Heck they'll probably trade Hurts next year for a 1st & 2 starters.
I was just kidding but to play with the question, I think you have to look at what we have. Lamb is a luxury. Cooper and Gallup are pretty formidable on their own already with Cooper just signed so then we'd need to fill a slot/outside position. Many think Cooper should be running from the slot a lot more anyway so maybe you could have a receiver by committee approach with the 3rd guy outside? If someone came along with a post-draft offer for Lamb, I'd listen. No one's going to offer two 1sts obviously but if you can get an extra 1st and maybe some 2nd day change it might be worth a look depending on the team and where you slot them to finish.
My guess is Clowney.
All of his critics here are about to get a 2-game exposure to just what kind of impactful player Clowney is.
I've been reading Jamal Adams...no joke.
He's much more disruptive than the stats suggest.
Absolutely. I keep telling people to go look at that first Seattle-Niners game from last year and you see why people are intrigued by him. But most just like holding to their narrative that X player is lazy, overpaid, etc. He is a question mark, no doubt. Injuries have kept him from being consistent so he's an "IF" in your lineup but if you can get even 5 performances like he put on in that game, he's worth taking a chance on. How expensive a chance is the question.
