Last reinstatement was July 17th. Maybe goodell is waiting for 2 full years.

I am beginning to think 2020 will be a lost season. The nationwide outbreaks of CV-19 are going to make it very difficult for the NFL to play games and from what I hear the players are balking at going back to work without some guarantees from the NFL - guarantees the NFL may not be able to make. Having said that, I do not see why the NFL would not reinstate Randy Gregory at this point. If Josh Gordon is reinstated, then why not Gregory?

Until the league office releases a statement that randy's request has been denied, there is hope he'll be reinstated.

I think your answering your own question. If the league is reinstating pretty much anyone then something with Gregory isn't right behind scenes.
