I hope this serves as a lesson to other Dallas Cowboys players, letting them know that you only shun the silver spoon so much, before you're considered expendable.

If only Dak hadn't grubbed so very hard, he'd have a multi-year deal with the DALLAS COWBOYS... As of now, he'll be gone next year, and he'll be headed to some JV NFL team, never to be heard from again...

Nice job Dak, you're obviously not the right guy for our organization...

It's incredibly refreshing that they've shown all the players that if they don't play nice, they won't be playting for the Cowboys....

Again, it's a privilege to wear the Star!! If you're only interested in collecting a paycheck, then seek out employment with any of the other LESSER NFL teams....

I like Dak.

But if we aren’t planning on locking him up long term after this season, I would rather trade him now and improve our defense with that extra $31 million. No point in playing one season and losing him for nothing.

I’ll take Dalton + $30 million of defensive talent (let’s say Yannick or Clowney + Jamal Adams) please.
