How many picks do you think it’ll take us to be able to draft up to get Trevor Lawerence next year (assuming we don’t have the number one pick). Possibly even Justin Fields?
So many it woodn’t be worth it. People act like finding a replacement for Dak will be eazy, that could go south reel kwik.

As an Eagles fan, this is interesting because Dallas could be without a QB as early as 2021.

As a NFL fan, no one likes seeing bad football. Pay your ********* franchise quarterback Jerry.

As a human being, take the money Dak. If you regress this year you could cost yourself 100m$.

Imagine if he gets seriously injured... the deals were below his requested value but within range of reasonability.

Winners: Teams in the QB market in 2021 or 2022

Will Dak's refusal to sign be the first domino dropping the QB market, so that his refusal ends up dropping his salary next year?

That would be funny.

I've felt for years now that with college football putting out more NFL ready QBs, and QBs increasingly playing into their old age, that the increasing *supply* of QBs with a fixed demand of starting slots should be driving the *price* down, and we're due for a correction.

We could start that correction. Trade Dak, roll with Dalton, spend resources drafting and developing cheap QBs, or rehabilitating vets instead of sinking a sixth of the cap and *tons* of guaranteed money into a QB.

Has any team gotten completely humped by a QB deal completely going south with tons of guaranteed dead money still coming down the pike.

It's going to happen to some team. Some QB gets a career ending injury, maybe Voldemort, and the team is screwed for the next 4 years.

That's gonna flip the QB market fast.

its on the table now. Jamal Adams btw, is a real possibility again. OR THE JAGS DE.

Me likey. It's hard to line up needs with other teams, but getting a quality player in trade for Dak, instead of picks, is fine too.

Safety or DE would be high on my list. Maybe they could throw in a developmental QB, since they need one less, and we need one more.

If Dolphins don’t want Rosen they should go and try to get him for cheap.

OMG, if only he'd said something sooner!!!

The other side of the pancake is that Cowboy fans will be less attached to Dak as a likely short timer, and the criticism of him will amp up.

This will cost him in fan following, and so marketing money.

All through these negotiations, it never seemed like he appreciated the brand loyalty that Jerry brings to the table. We should have a QB who does.

The Dolphins have a potential stud coming up at QB who should be ready in 2021. I’m betting they will roll with whatever at QB this year and take the top 10 pick to build around Tua.

Once again, other NFL east teams fans are begging Jerry to break the bank on Dakota.

They never begged Jerry to extend contracts to Aikman or Romo.
