Good afternoon Pops and Popsadoodles. Yesterday was a blockbuster of good intentions gone terribly, terribly wrong. I decided those hand washed dishes couldn't be trusted soooooo... I turned the hot water on under the sink. Doesn't sound ominous, but I finally got that water fall I've been wanting. At first I was on 30 minute shifts to empty the container, then Niagara slowed down to 45 minute shifts, as the day wore on, the water started slowing down to a 2 hour shift. I was up and down all night emptying the bucket. I'd like to thank Hobby Lobby for selling me those big plastic storage containers. Apple got a bonus cussing twice last night just for interrupting my sleep which I'd given it permission to do.

The plumber's here now because I can't go another day of this. He quoted me a price and I agreed while thinking I'm going to ask them to do more of this stuff or I've got to go to plumbing school. I can't deny them their pay so they can buy Dolly Parton music. I'm a key cog in the economy and must do my part. My car's back in the shop because something they'd fixed came loose and the car rides like a log truck now. I'm a little sick over that.

I found Dabz in CZ this morning.

I've got to get back in and supervise the plumber. Have a good... Just survive Monday the best way you know how.

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and good morning to all who stop in and visit this Monday!

How was everybody's weekend? Spent a bunch of time getting ready for another gender reveal.

I am jonesing hard for some decent Green Chile. We ran out about a month ago and it's getting kinda scarce around here so I might have to drive to Pecos and go buy some for a small fortune. There is a stand out there that sells great Green Chile but it's stupid expensive. It's a three hour plus drive at a time where I don't really have three hours to spare but, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!

Jobs, Leon, dbrp, Xelda, zrin, Trouty, ksk, RGV, Coach, RWB, Ranching, SW, John, Jan, Corso and Colo, I hope all of you had a great weekend! If any of you have some spare time, I have plenty of work around here I could use a hand with. I can offer cold beer, two inch steaks, good whisky and pretty decent cigars!

Everybody, have a great Monday, a better work week and lets get back to the weekend! On a side note, I am not sure why I say this? Seems like I have more work to do on the Weekends lately!

Peace...........
THAT must be some out of this world, definitely out of town, Green Chile. I don't know any food that I'd drive 3 hours for, I feel that I am missing out on something.

Well, this will sound terrible and probably a little entitled but it's true. The Green Chile I don't want to eat right now is probably better then what you might have access to right now Coach. I just like Hot Green Chile, not Jalapenos or Serranos. If I made that trip, I would have to buy several pounds of it and then drive it back to town. I would probably also have to buy for other members of my family so yeah, it's kind of a process. But yes, you are definitely missing out on something Coach. Some foods are worth a three hour drive or more. But that's just me.......

This truly begs the question, what would we drive 3 hours for?

I used to drive to Dallas for art supplies on my birthday. That was about 6 hours total of driving (my stupid podunk town doesn't carry the good stuff). This was before Amazon handed me the world on a silver platter. I plan to do that 6 hours worth of driving to get my new dog. I've just got to take care of some things first.

You're right, ABQ. I just couldn't think of any other country artist at the time.

If you're going to the "city", you can make multiple stops like when I go to Austin, I can hit Costco and Central Market or Whole Foods and Total Wine and grab some grub that's not available here but I read that as the Green Chile was the destination and sole reason for a 3 hour round trip. That's some powerful Green Chile and I agree, I don't like any food that much to drive 3 hours for and if I did, how could I resist not getting into it on that 1.5 hour drive back? The family would be out front, with napkins all tucked into their necks and hunger on their faces and all they'd find is me with a dirty face and indigestion from guilt backup.

That is great news about a wonderful 6 hour trip to get your next best friend and I look forward to the details. Take care of those things post haste and do not delay filling your heart and soul with love.

Morning, Pops and (in honor of Xelda) Popsadoodles. Mowed the front 1/2 acre yesterday and might, or might not, move to the back Acre today. I'm glad I don't water all of the back but weeds grow regardless. I finished making my closet organizer and installed it yesterday. Big mistake; now I have to get organized.

I'm posting a link to a song for all of you, ala ABQ.

It's another day Pops and Popsadoodles. I survived Monday. Last night I was going down a YouTube rabbit hole and found this singer. I take foreign languages as pop opera and this guy is in a league of his own. He speaks/sings in 7 languages putting my knowledge of the Taco Bell menu to shame. I have to get myself in gear, so have a good Tuesday everyone!
