Yeah well if this trade is any indication they seem to be going in a much better direction.
A blind squirrel finds a nut eventually. They are most likely going to screw up those picks given their track record.

the jets went 6-2 over the final 8 last year and have an excellent young qb.
Dallas went 3-5 and have a guy making a fortune who wants out.

The jets look like they had a very good draft and drafted another good safety who along with mcdougal will probably be fine.

And nobody can believe that the Cowboys, with multiple starters injured, lost to the Jets in NY!

A box safety with an attitude yields 2 number 1s. Seattle used to be the smart ones. The Jets just landed a huge haul for a guy that didn’t want to be there. Big day for the Jets.
In Seahakws minor defense...they screw up 1st rounders so much that at least the got a player the caliber of Adams with them this time.....

Lol at all the armchair GM’s. Laugh at them all you want, they used a 7th round pick on a RB that averaged .1 less yards last year than our 4th OVERALL pick and had more ypc than our 4th overall pick the year before. They wasted their first round last year, the year before and the year before that IMO and they’ll most likely be giving up two late first round picks.

In other words, Seattle has been doing fine and they just picked up a much better player than they would have based on their 1st round draft history.

Good now we can stop with the trade for Adams bs.

Now if only clowney and griffin get signed and that nonsense can go by the wayside

Price was way too steep. Way, way, way too steep. Now you have to sign him. If he decides he doesn’t like Seattle it’s the type of deal that will hurt a franchise for years. Plus he is a Safety. A God Da$& Safety.

I have a lot of buddies who are Jets fans. They are cracking up.

Isn’t that the truth. For all of their mid/late round finds... they have sucked mightily in the first couple of rounds for a while now.

Good thing for them that Carroll can really coach.
Yeah which is insane. How do you screw up the 1st round but have success in the other rounds? Very odd. I'm so glad the Cowboys didn't do this but if you suck in the 1st round...might as well trade the picks as opposed to drafting a bust. Hell their 3rd rounder they gave up is probably more valuable to them then the 1st lol.

If there's any coach that can take advantage of Adams it's Carroll. High price though. Franchise tag+ price

Signing him won't be a issue. I mean they traded for him...they have to have the intent to sign him.

The price was steep. But like I said they are drafting busts in the 1st round and letting them go. I'd rather have Jamal Adams than draft 2 busts. Cowboys are far better in the 1st so I'd be pissed if they did that.
