Yeah I was going to say......I can't even really pinpoint their new "finds". I know they like both Griffin brothers but I mean are they having enough success there for them to just completely kill any shot of building a legit team around Russell?

I just hope we get back to having a clue on what the hell we are on defense.... not just rolling 11 guys out there and saying "BEAT THE MAN IN FRONT OF YOU"...... When Sam Darnold highlight dunks on you then talks about how he did it in the post game interview you have a problem.

When I think about what Mitch Tribusky and Darnold did to us.....I don't know if I'll ever get over it. I still remember the year when Wade got fired and David Garrard lit us up for like 4 touchdowns.....

Yeah I'll be honest....I wouldn't have either. Like I said its not about the player its the position he plays that's a issue for me. I would've traded a 2nd and a 3rd....maybe next year 1st rounder but I would have traded it after I saw what the position was.

No, I don’t think they’ve been really hitting late anymore.

Hitting on late rounds picks is just so hard to do, that you can’t continue doing so with any regularity. At least I don’t think so. You really have to simply get lucky to find a Sherman or a Chancellor in the 5th or 6th round. It isn’t reproducible for any team. They got lucky with those guys and they haven’t recently.

Some teams are better than others at it... but nobody does it consistently. They need to hit on their first/second/third round picks, and they haven’t been. It’s killing their talent level.

And frankly, while they do suck in the early rounds... I don’t think trading three high picks for a strong safety is going to help them enough. They need to draft better, period.

And really its about the Scheme to me, if you cant use him like Carroll then hell no don't even touch this price for him.

And also let me say this.....Seahawks could easily miss the playoffs this year. They are trading 1st rounders like they are the Patriots or someone. The NFC West will have 4 good teams this year. And if I'm being honest? I feel more comfortable with the Cardinals, 49ers and Rams then I do them. Jamal Adams on defense doesn't really swing things for me.

I dunno man. Other than Cee who we have yet to see play in the league, but I think will be great, we haven’t been knocking it out of the park the past 4 years ourselves in the first and we had significantly lower picks than Seattle.

The safety was undrafted FA signed by the chiefs the seahawks got him from the Buccs
