Why do the Eagles utterly own the Giants?

Philadelphia is 22-4 against New York over the course of the last twelve seasons, including the playoffs. What gives? Philadelphia isn't particularly good against Dallas or Washington, and neither Dallas nor Washington do that well against the Giants either (although the Cowboys have been on a tear against NYG of late.)

This is too long and dominant a streak to be chalked up to mere coincidence. Do the Eagles just particularly know something about the Giants' weaknesses that none of the other teams do?

There's a long history of great Eagles wins over the Giants. Both in the playoffs, regular season, and the miracle in the Meadowlands. I attribute it to the overall combined hatred Cowboys fans have for the Giants. When have the Eagles really been a rival since 1980? One year and then 2017 when the Cowboys weren't that good.

Last 16 games against the NFCE, Cowboys are a combined 33-15.

Dallas is 12-4 against the Giants with a 6 game win streak
Dallas is 11-5 against the Washington with a 3 game win streak and winning 7 of 8
Dallas is 10-6 against the Eagles and won 4 of the last 5

Why do the Birds own the Giants? Who knows.
