The players compile and vote on this list, correct? And my understanding is that Carson Wentz isn't a very likeable guy in the locker room.

It's a "what have you done lately" list and Wentz has been judged by his peers to have done... not a lot I suppose.
He was literally #3 two years ago so it's not like they have anything against him.

Orlovsky really wants to be president of the Wentz fan club. OMG...I've never seen anyone cape for someone on TV like this who's done nothing.
Players don't value Wentz as much as his fanbase does. Oh well lol.
Wentz does get a lot of credit for a season where his team essentially backed into the playoffs.
I remember rather vividly that they lost 3 games in a row including one game to the Miami Dolphins....and then should've lost to the Giants the following week but they were in tank mode and still almost beat them. I guess he gets praise for beating the Cowboys after losing to them 37-10 but I mean Cowboys sucked too last year.

Why do people say Eagles fans are obsessed with us when there are always posts about Wentz on here? Who cares about Carson? Did Danny Dimes make the top 100? What about Haskins? Better yet would Romo make the top 100 if he were still playing today?

Wentz is an awesome topic for Cowboys fans. We got a better player in the same draft at the bottom of the 4th. It pisses Eagles fans off, which is why we like the topic so much. At least, that’s what does it for me.

Well, this kinda illustrates the problem you see with these types of polls IMO. Clearly, likable or not, Wentz is among the top 100 players in the NFL. If he is not included on this list, it only serves to lesson the list.

This list is likely part popularity contest. For example, Jaylon Smith made the list and there is no way he was a Top 100 player last year. But from what I have read, he's pretty well liked by players, including those around the league. Not hard to see given his bubbly personality. We have all heard the whispers that were linked here about some Eagles players not being a fan of Wentz. So if he is rubbing some teammates wrong, he probably is rubbing players around the league the wrong way too (or Eagles players are telling their buddies around the league about Wentz).

And unlike the Eagles, Dallas didn't trade a 1st round pick the following year and a #2 the year after that.
