This is why Dak is under scrutiny . He did not play fair with the team that believed in him and drafted him and gave him the best weapons to succeed. He chose to be self entitled, stubborn , and full of arrogance. Not the right type of leader or QB you want to take your team forward.
Honestly , with the cap dropping , the team cannot afford to keep him , which means the cowboys are better off trading him and moving forward.
LMAO at drafted him. He was their 3rd choice. They went down for him.

Calling out your teammates for not practicing while saying your doing everything is pretty much blaming them for the losses..

And Went ended up beating him with a battered line-up and clinching a play-off birth, so...

And Dak is the same guy it took a week to throw a TD in training camp in 2018 and the one everybody says doesn’t really practice well...

LOL man i guess i never looked up his practice stats..........

yes i watched the game but man it sure looked like there were 11 guys from both teams on the field most of the time...maybe my region ran a long commercial and i missed dak and wentz going head to head one on one.

so you would say Zeke lost to the Eagles running back also right?

exactly why there shows are so inanely stupid.
you can't fire a free agent.
all you can do is let him hit the one market and make even more money than he has asked for.

if jerry wanted a sweetheart deal that time to get that was 2 years ago.
Offered and refused. Did I already tell you that? Memory issues?

I agree but can’t pay a top 15 qb like a top 3 qb and expect to have money to pay everyone else

If your keeping track its more like you cant give a winning QB a second contract That isn't ridiculous, this is league wide not just here in Dallas.

nothing to argue about there....we waited too long to sign him and now they will have to overpay to keep him ....hope he plays lights out and is worth it but I expect another good not great season from him

best news is the coach can make a difference, if these players look the same under this coach then we may need to start shuffling them

The team has gone no where for 25years.....whats another 2-3years.....LOL

True but it boils down to once again you believe the biggest problem was coaching or QB play? I am a Romo fan but its very hard to see how people say Romo was held back by Garrett and crew while they are saying Dak is holding back Garrett.... how bout we see what the QB (and all the players actually" can do with another oach before we blow this thing up for Draft gambles.

Dak either elevates to a top five qb and gets paid as such or he is gone and we draft a new one and use dalton to bridge the development

Our offense was #1 this past season. Dak threw for just under 5,000 yards with 65% completions. So what does Dak have to do to be elevated in a top 5? 6,000 yards passing? Our losses vs the good teams were because Zeke was a no show.

Given that the cap will be dropping significantly, Dak will likely regret not signing this year. Not only will we move on there won’t be many teams able to pay him what he wants.

I’m a dak fan but an elite qb he is not....could he be yes, will he be dunno....but an elite qb would have won week 16 in philly last year....he played good but not great....

wasted 2016 and have wasted the last 3 seasons building for Dak and purging those he couldn't work with. What's another 2-3 years?

I'm sorry i have to know, what players that we should've kept did we purge for Dak?
