dak is a very good qb and i heard him shouting "kill" more last year than ever. that's a good thing. but given the way he allowed negotiations to be handled during his contract talks, i'd venture a guess he's not a very good poker player. he bluffed and went all in. his bluff was called by stephen . i hope it gets done next year.

no doubt. between last year and this year he's left minimally 50 million on the table. probably more.

You better believe he is getting bad advice. Daks agent planned on the FO to cave. Could have played for 33-35 million last year instead of 2 million. Would have had a big signing bonus already in the bank. This year would be likey the 31 anyways. And been going into his second year of his contract and another year closer to being back at the table..

Yes he is getting bad advice. It is surprising to me that he didn’t recognize that a long time ago. It kind of makes you wonder what is going on in his head. It’s not like he hasn’t had the option to say “no, I think I’m good with this...that’s fair”.

His agent can tell him not to take the offer all he wants... But the decision is ultimately Dak’s

I like dak because hes a successful QB and he isnt Romo. (Now this contract garbage soured me some but on Sunday Ill root for him).

you can criticize a player anytime you want but when the numbers state differently or you cherry pick a stat to make your points then you probably should prepare yourself for a rebuttal. Sorry for sticking you in a box if thats what I did Steve but you were never this pro Romo or anti dak until you came to the zone. At least i never noticed it.

Remembering people's M.O. has always been problematic for me.

I am pretty sure I am NOT "anti dak". Do I think he's on a good offense? Yes. Do I think he's "elite"? I haven't made up my minds about that. Imma dman sure cheer him on to be, you can be sure. I don't think he needs to be.
