Didn't pay for my tickets this year.

Won't be doing so this year.

May never again unless the world gets back to normal.

People want to get out, and go do things. In my area, half way between Dallas and
Chic-Fil-A's are 15 cars deep or more with two drive through lanes. Some cars are backed up on the side of the access roads from highways.

Funny thing is my daughter is a manager at a chic-fil-a and she says they are actually doing better money wise since they shut down the inside and just have drive-thru and pick-up...

What about some form of gloves? should not people be required to wear gloves too>??
Hand can probably transmit better than the face area. Every place a positive person touches, there is it for many hours, others touch that and
there you go.
I dont think the rubber gloves are necessary, I think some thin cotton gloves would be better, and more comfy, and no sweating hot hands.
But right now no one is required to wear any form of gloves, and it is rare I see anyone wearing them.
To me this is a major flaw in safety protocol.

now about the capacity they will have , I think they have to at least keep everyone 6 feet apart, and that is above, below, and to each side.
To me they would have to map that out , and then that would be the capacity allowed.

The world will be normal again - right after the elections in November. Covid will mysteriously disappear and no longer be an issue.

oh hey look. The right wing nonsense never gets taken down here and its just A-Ok.

This line of thinking is right up there with flat earth and Pizzagate.

Now watch how fast I get warnings and this post disappears.

They don't make it easy to find on the page they direct you to, but it's there. I made the mistake the first time of clicking on the "Seat Geek Account Manager" button once I was on the site, but that's not what you're supposed to do. There's a link on the menu at the top of the page. There you can make your selection and request the refund, which they said will take effect on September 1.

The real Question is..will they have to pay 86.00 for a cutout to put in their seat...like what they have done in baseball?

Thanks! Just did that.

Its interesting that they are adding a year onto the PSL but that year will not be charged a fee if you have a remaining balance on the PSL.
So good news in 2039 there won't be a fee for PSL's if you are paid in full.

bad news there will probably be a new stadium by then where they can charge a million dollars for psl's and the cheap seats will be like 500 bucks at face value!

Just remember alcohol sterilizes...everyone must have at least 6 beers to attend a game or the equivalent in some other adult beverage!

That is the way I see it, wear masks, take temperatures before they walk in.

Winstar Casino takes temperatures and requires masks.
I have not heard or seen any outbreaks from it yet from patrons that have gone.

The wife and I like to gamble, and we've hit a few casinos since the pandemic (have to get out of the house sometimes!!), and most of them seem to be great examples of how you can run it without pandemic worries.

They keep it super clean, screen temps, don't tolerate wishy-washy mask wearing, and have shields at all tables, machines turned off, chairs spaced out, just about anything they could think of, and it still flows.

We wash our hands every hour, and have spent large chunks of the day. That's with us flipping up our masks up for the occasional drink or cigar. We have yet to contract corona assuming we weren't asymptomatic.

There was one Friday night we left the casino in question. It seemed like everyone had their masks flipped up that night for some approved reason, and that someone had blown the metering at the door and it was crowded everywhere. We left because we didn't feel comfortable.

That's the feeling I'll get at a live game if they don't take precautions. It's tougher to go the restroom at the games, but you also don't touch everything and stay seated.

It's the seating that has to be set right. I'd let groups sit together and space from that which I'm sure is going to be touch logistically. You probably need minimum empty the front, back and 2 on either side, so you're talking 12 empty seats just for a couple. That's closer to 10% capacity.

Or they could invest in some shield extensions on the chairs. I think the NBA is the only one that has it right, and even they're going to have problems. College football is finding out how tough it is to plan around, and you can see they're already starting to bow out.
