Pollard will be a game changer for this offense

This is all I know.. Forget Pollard for a second. Lamb in my opinion is one of the better WR to come out of the draft in a long time and we somehow managed to get him!!! So, having said that, this truly opens up the Cowboys offense and forces Linebackers be very weary of staying disciplined in coverage or they'll be toast. If opposing defenses are having to stay overly disciplined in regards to our passing attack, our run game and swing passes will be absolutely lethal.

Adding lamb to what we already have is a complete total embarrassment of riches and if I know one thing it's that Big Mike knows how to take advantage of this mismatch. I think some of you are really underestimating what a better coach can bring here. for those of you whom doubted garrett's meddling ways before will be shown the light when Big Mike takes the lid off of this offense.

WE need 2016 type of play from that guy. 30 yard runs and homerun hits to the house.

It's a big play league. We need him to add that back.

I worry about Pollard regressing because RB's that come here usually run to space their 1st year then as the years go on they bulk up and seek contact in the secondary.

If he's protecting your "franchise QB"....then maybe it's a bit more "nice and everything" than what you say .

We're pretty good at almost every position...even TE imo. And we have "elite" talent in so many places. If we coach the way we're capable, and play the way we are capable.....make defense heads spin.

We pay Olineman to protect.. A quality blocking RB is a bonus and you can find guys who do it for cheap.

Zeke needs to make big plays.. Protecting the QB is just a nice thing he does on the side.

I regard Pollard as a guy like Jarwin.

Has shown the ability to make plays but not a guy to build around.

I know people like to talk up the backups and predict a 'breakout' season.

But it rarely happens.

Cowboys ALWAYS have running backs that have great rookie years then they start to gradually decline.

Well I agree with that personally but this ownership feels the need to justify the contracts they hand out so I expect Zeke to be ran into the ground and tired by the playoffs lol....I do hope to see Pollard get more reps and touches in the passing game too.

Hopefully we have a real coach that will run the team on the field the way he wants to.

Pollard is going to be good but hasn't shown anything remotely close to zeke level. Time will tell when he gets the ball more.

Yep. I don’t want Elliot on my team. Glad we cleared that up. He’s not worth the money. He has improved Or proved it in three seasons

far too late to keep crying its all happened already and no amount of saying i dont want him here changes the fact hes been here and will be here at least through 29021 before the deal is breakable with less capo hit..get the flip over it already,. tiresome this narrative continues AFTER a full season on the new deal..hes a very productive Dallas Cowboy star and if you are fan you might not lie the person but n routing against a player is not a fan..

What makes you think he won’t want another contract before his contract is up.The drama will never end with him. But that’s just part of the game and I hope we have a season. Are you being Safe, my cowboy brother. I wish 2020 could disappear

Stop it. Because someone critiques a player or a coach there not a fan of the team. I didn’t think I’d ever hear that from you.How many times has Elliot tripped over his own ego on the goal line. How many times has he been put the ball in the ground lucky to get it back. How many times has he taken Himself out of the game . It’s those little intangibles that make the difference from good to great. Imagine if he was a complete football player . How great he actually could be. I’m more impressed with somebody that can’t do it but excels because they try harder. Then someone that could do it in just for some reason don’t. Maybe that’s my issue with him

how do you think we know about guys lie Kittle and Moesert?

they made the coaches notice them at every practice, every scrimmage, every PS game and when they got in they made sure the coaches give them more playing time..you are never held back if you are truly great, you bubble to the top..

how do you think guys like Warner and Romo made it to the nfl took over and made the coaches keep them and eventually became stars when no teams saw anything in them..

Later in the game with the Cowboys trying to create more lead after a Zeke TD, Pollard made a great play for the 2 point conversion. The 8 points he scored was the margin of victory. The Cowboys won 35-27.
