That goes for a lot of our players. Not just amari. And that was under Garrett not McCarthy. But hey. Now I know why our fans are the most hated.

Yep...……...the same pathetic fan base that championed Garrett for 10 pathetic years and now they want to act all high standards about the team. LOL

I'm not at all negative. I dont appreciate Jerry and his insistence on running football ops, and I say so.

Every team has some sort of rough situation. I dont dwell on the ones in Dallas. I chose to be optimistic overall.

All respect, and I do value your opinion, but some things are being taken out of context and combined.

Briefly, I dont care for Jerry's coddling style w the players, and this is a perfect situation for Cooper and his personality the way I see it.

That's all I meant.

I apologize for generalizing anything you said. There is no way Coop could've answered that question that wouldn't have triggered some. I understand your frustrations as I have lived them as well. Lets hope the new regime is more autonomous.

Cooper played with injuries all season long dating back to camp yet still managed over 1,000 yards 8 TD on the season, there was no coddling of Cooper. Yeah it is how you see it yet all of your post are nothing more than what one would see at a Philly site. I ask is there any player on this team you even like? how about coaches? I'm curious because all I see in your post is a complete disdain for this team
So then read all of my posts and think what you think. I'm not here to appease YOU. I'm way more positive than not. I don't like Jerry and about 3 players on this team. I sit and tell myself Bradlee Anae is the next James Harrison when he almost definitely isnt. But I hope. As an example.

If Cooper was hurt, he shouldnt have dressed. Dont use an injury as an excuse for non performance, then the following week you're fine, then you're hurt again. Which is it?

This dates back to Oakland and Gruden, Mr. offense, who couldnt wait to ship him off.

Listen to Mayock. They want players who are passionate and love playing football.

He gets uncomfortable in uncomfortable spots is the way I see it, and you can choose to not believe that if you like. I do.

Also, speaking of stats, it looks like you open your trap about three times as often as people would like you to.

I have no more to say.

I was sarcastic to begin with.

Thank you. Truce!

I'm just not a fan of the guy. Theres guys on the team that I personally like, but others may not. Debate that to a degree and move on. That's all.

Nice post. Thx again.

Actually, he is pretty accurate. It is truth that Cooper does disappear in road games - check the stats for the facts - and sometimes in big games. He had zero yards and zero catches against the Patriots for example. The rest of what he said is indisputable; the Cowboys and their players get this aura of champions even though they never win anything. The biggest evidence of this is the Cowboys are the most valuable franchise on the planet while not winning a championship in more than 2 decades. And Jerry never fawns over and overvalues his players, right ?
A nice argument, but not convincing enough for me in that regard. Hope your evening went well!

Trust me, the Cowboys are still the most loved and the most hated. When it comes to all NFL fans in regards to the Cowboys, one thing you seldom find is indifference.
I know that. We're the Yankees of football...but I still think more people hate the Eagles. At least that's been my experience.

Why would he? They don't get him the ball.

Had he said something about Dak, and only Dak you Dak fans wouldn't acknowledge that he said 0 about anyone else. Instead you would all pound your chest and say "see Dak is a great QB"

Facts are, Cooper said nothing, HC never bothered to call and the cowboys did nothing, except tag him.

Lol. You’re ridiculous. Should I post the multiple times cooper has praised dak?

Well thats you.

Feeling a certain way on something is the entitlement of everyone. The very nature of the existence of this forum is to express that.

You on the other hand simply want to insult and berate people unless they agree with your take.

Telling someone their opinion is wrong is as wrong as it gets, although I'm sure you disagree on that also.

Let me help you....ita called agree to disagree.

Insult and berate..wow, that tells me all I need to know.
adios.
I won't comment further, as it is a waste of my time. Feel free to disagree all you want otherwise. I can care less if you or other people disagree with my take.

Or you could say that the hard truth is disturbing.
The exaggerated truth you mean? Sure there is some degree of accuracy in terms of issues with Cooper, but (A) you are taking it to an extreme, which seems to be a common tactic with some posters, and (B) there is no evidence Cooper is thinking the way you indicate.

"I can be treated like a champion without ever having won anything. I can rack up all kinds of stats against a weak division and my overall numbers will look ok. The owner of the team still tells me how great I am even when I decide to take road games off. Why be anywhere else where I may actually have to be accountable for my performance?"

maybe he needs a QB that can get him the ball on the road

Cooper is cut from that Bama WR cloth that stipulates the team comes first. Divas don't make it there because of the culture and while money is a driving force, the team culture that exists on the offense is a lot like Bama's. He did not have that in OAK and he found that in DAL.

I like him because he's just a football player, none of that "ain't I something" crap from too many of them, including some the Cowboys have had.

He is not the perfect WR or the most consistent but he's better than what they've had. However, if Lamb begins to emerge and Gallup continues to improve, that could present some interesting trade opportunities. Same goes for Elliott if Pollard shines in this new offense.

Come on Amari. We ALL know The Washington Team is the ONLY team who offered you more coin. We ALL know you chose Dallas over them because they have a better chance on winning a SB.

It doesn't take an Egals fan not to figure that one out.
yeah and who wants to live in DC??????
Also with dallas, 8 games are in a dome for sure, and in wash all 8 are out in the weather.
I noticed in the NE game that amari did not like being in that rain lol, and he does not like the cold.
That is partly why he didnt do well on the road games, many are outdoors. He likes domes.

Amari's favorite song, "I've didnt want to go to DC and play for a team with no name.. It's so good to be out of the rain.
And in Dallas, at least they remember your name.
Cause there ain't no one for to give you no pain.
Nice America ref. Dang, now I will humming that song all day.

Ok, let me get this straight...

Just because YOU would shout your qb out, after every question pertaining to him or not, no matter the situation. Means that if someone else doesn't do that, they secretly think the qb sucks? Ok... that doesn't sound unreasonable at all lol...

Hey, that's just the way it is.
