Two things -

1 - Randy Gregory isn't stoned and lying in a gutter (like some believe) if he is spending so much time demanding the paperwork be processed.

2 - Briggs is an attorney paid by the NFLPA to do exactly this kind of thing, he is exactly the person who should be returning Gregory's calls about his status.

Yeah, this is insane. I’ve never heard of an attorney blocking a player that they represent. There has to be more to this story...

I thought when Randy was on his rant last week he accused this guy of shady behavior "behind closed doors" or something like that. In other words, he was probably quoting some CowboysZone poster. I guess it didn't go over well.

sorry randy, there's more to the story considering how many times there was always something more to YOUR story. I hope that's not the case, wish all the details came out.

Agreed. I'm interested to know what Gregory said in the last email exchange. That's probably what caused it. Does Joe Briggs have the power to prevent Gregory from playing? Can Gregory ask to speak to a supervisor?

I've heard every crazy lawyer story in the books, but this is dumb. To be somewhat fair to Briggs, he worked for the NFLPA and not Gregory directly.

It is not at all uncommon for an attorney to ask a client to remain silent. You don't want to anger the judge. In lawyer speak, silence is golden. Randy's getting emotional. That's the worst time to speak.
Doesn't sound like he asked him anything. Sounds like this attorney is sitting back in his cush job he has and doesn't want to communicate with his client.
Most people have heard of or dealt with an attorney like that. This guy didn't like Randy calling him out on social media. Its funny the attorney has time to play on social media but can't be bothered returning a clients email.

I'd bet money Randy Gregory has a higher SAT score than you do.

In your fanboi activities, you appear to be obsessed with my supposed intelligence level for some strange reason. It may be related to my having made you look stupid on a few occasions around here thereby exposing something within you but I leave the door open for other possibilities.

I have an even stronger suspicion that this will not be ending in Randy's favor.

Randy might be confusing the issue. If he doesn't want you to follow him on twitter, that's his prerogative. If he is not communicating with you while representing you, then that is another issue. You contact the NFLPA if that's the case.

and yet his silence apparently hasn;t been forcing the issue either. He's not getting help from either the NFL offices, commissioner
or his NFLPA representative He's back is against the wall. So what else is he supposed to do ?
its' camp time already and randy wants to get an answer for an opportunity to get back into the fold.

Is there anyone else at the top of the NFLPA office that Gregory and his camp could turn to ?
What advice can his own agent give him in seeking legal help in his push and plea to the NFL office.

True that the NFL league offices needs to be multi-tasked in handling and organizing pandemic challenges and addressing
the reinstatement issues such as this. Whispers have it that because of the challenges of the pandemic crisis and departure
of certain personnel in the league offices, they are so back-logged and don't have the necessary working heads to expedite
Randy's process. But that's still on the league, and Randy should not have to be subject to that.

I'm going to start following him on Twitter just to see this stuff. I think his point was both those things, he wasn't getting an answer from repeated emails to his designated Players Association contact so he tweeted him.

The funny thing is I just checked and after 2300 Likes, the NFLPA guy unblocked him and replied!
