"Mind you, this was after 3 emails I sent me."

What??

Glad his player rep unblocked him though.

NFLPA and the NFL are very broken when it comes to levying punishments and reinstatements etc we see the in balance in suspension times and fines its all over the place and needs to be fixed,,RG needs to be removed as the last line of defense in listening to appeals and reinstatements a separate panel or board IMHO..

its so freaking unfair and no true set in stone penalty's.

I'm guessing the tweet Randy made prior to that is why Briggs blocked him, which is a lame response instead of picking up the phone to call him -

So Randy is calling his attorney a snake on social media, see the icon. Randy is getting highly emotional and that is not a good sign.

This is not going to end well for Randy, I think he might need to come to terms with the reality that he puffed away his football career.

Fines should be proportional to cap hit. They're meaningless to top players.

Doesn't sound like he asked him anything. Sounds like this attorney is sitting back in his cush job he has and doesn't want to communicate with his client.
Most people have heard of or dealt with an attorney like that. This guy didn't like Randy calling him out on social media. Its funny the attorney has time to play on social media but can't be bothered returning a clients email.
Or he's looking out for randy's best interests and randy doesn't get it. Imo, any doubts randy has about his representation should be directed to the nflpa. Twitter only seems to get people in trouble.

How do you know the rep hasn’t communicated with Randy?

Maybe Randy didn’t like what the rep had to say.
Ironic that randy now feels he's the victim. Up to now, its been the cowboys and fans.

Exactly. When it comes to legal stuff, less is more. Answer only what's asked and then zip it. Emotion and airing dirty laundry will only get you in hot water.

Perhaps Randy needs to use a different approach than what he is to get better results.

Openly criticizing the individual who's supposed to be helping him isn't a wise decision.

I can't help but wonder if he's been cussing his representative out when he talks to him.

Surprise surprise and yet there will still be people claiming Gregory is a victim because he’s a Cowboy and the league is out to get us  Lol, his own lawyer blocked him! :lmao2:

It's clear this dude has more than just a weed problem. Can't construct a roster with him in mind.

For real. Gregory's on the cheap and we own his rights for if he can ever give us anything consistent but that RDE spot makes me nervous. Griffen would make me feel a lot better.

Them perhaps he should communicate with his client.

You don’t know if he communicated with Randy or not. Clients often say things like “I haven’t heard anything” when in fact they have been told something they don’t want to hear multiple times. That is VERY, VERY COMMON.

Some clients will call you multiple times in the same day asking the same exact question, hoping for a different answer (the answer they want to hear).

Lawyers are prohibited from discussing a case with the public, even when the client is telling a blatant public lie. Personally, I think a lawyer should be able to roast his client when the client makes it public, but that is not allowed.
