He has a challenging " workforce" to manage in his role, so great he prepped by educating himself in that field

If it was so obvious Garrett was a total screw up then Jerry and Stephen are the biggest idiots to ever run a NFL team taking them 10 years to make a change.

And based on several of their other coaching decisions this era who has faith anything will be different.

There’s been one constant thru how many different HC in last 2+ decades ? But yet we think this one is going to be different. Ok.. Lol.

What kind of Homer still believes Jerry will lead this team back to the promise land after the crappola we’ve seen for most of 3 decades which begins with running off our only HC who led us to Back to Back championships.

It’s been one embarrassment after another. The one other time since we hired a Legit HC , Jerry still meddled and distractions undermined the authority of the HC and discipline in the locker room.

Jerry is too toxic for anyone to have sustained success here. McCarthy better have immediate success . It’s his only hope.
