I am a cancer survivor. I had a basal cell on my nose, pretty bad. Its scary stuff. Gotta get checked every year because it tends to come back. Thats the nature of cancer. However, the type Ron has and the location of it make it devastating. Damn..I hate it. He's a good guy too. Praying for Ron.

Man,, what crushing unfortunate news to Rivera family. thankfully he caught it early so it can be better treated.
It's scary.
His life health and family come first,.. dunno how continuation of coaching football and the stress of it alone gonna come into play, and
with this pandemic going on, that doesn't help matters.
i really wish the best for Rivera.

First, best wishes to Coach Rivers. That’s terrible news.
Second, another blow to the Commanders. They haven’t had a competitive team in years, then this stupid PC Commander name change BS, then trouble with Snyder, now the HC has cancer. These guys need a break!

You gotta put up with the Commanders and their crappy organization.....a pandemic comes.....and oh yeah you get cancer. I don’t wish that on anyone and I don’t know the guy but when he got fired I never heard more great things said about a guy. A true professional. He will beat this and go on to give em’ hell!!

He'll do what works/best for him but if I was me, every moment/hour/day/week with my family is time I can't lose. But again that's just me but I can also see the worse thing you can do is start feeling sorry for yourself. I suppose to void that is keeping as much normalcy as possible.
