yep ,i would like him to be our a hole though.I really want to see some pro bowl level safety play.
I wouldn't pay him half what he currently earns.
This is the third fight he has had with his in defensive team mates since he joined them.

- We could have had Honey Badger too, but the previous staff decided that Tyranny wasn't a true centerfielder in the traditional sense.
That he was the type that has to schemed in a different way than the usual FS.

- We were never interested in Mathieu, We tried to low ball offer Earl Thomas as an UFA, and we bypassed Juan Thornhill in
the 2nd round for DT Trysten Hill.
Now we're banking on cheap bargain based vet Ha Ha Clinton Dix to at least decent in this starting lineup.

- Dunno if we never had any interest in Minka Fitzpatrick who went to the Steelers for a 1str rounder
and the Jamal Adams trade hunt is well reported with the report that we offered a No.1 and Anthony Brown for Adams,
but Jets wanted a kings ransom for Adams.

But yet who would've thought we'd be in a position chance to get play maker CeeDee Lamb at the 17th overall pick ?
If we had gave up that 1st rounder for Adams, there is no CeeDee Lamb. those are big breaks we need in our favor !
true

safety is our next target, i believe they had to keep plugging holes everywhere else over the years and attention to OL, LB, CB, AND THEN CONSTANT FAILURES ON THE DL ESPECIALLY RDE that they put S as least priority..

given the resources we tied up in zeke and his backup, ol, amari with drafts and now money, draft in gallup, and now daks deal, they had to go cheap at S IMO..

im sure thats next as they can ease up on offense and possibly have some good young players at LB, CB, and DL for now .. Focus can shift to S, those guys you mention seem to be moving teams alot , Badger didnt he go from AZ to Texans to KC? I mean i know hes solid player but other teams passing on him , ETs moved and might move again, and Adams gets dealt..IF S was a huge priority why are those teams not keeping them around?

I know some players are forcing their way out but seems to me if they are rare and hard to find and replace, teams sure are allowing these premium safetys to move..

maybe its my way of coping on not getting some of them but making excuses but its true..of your entire list Minkah would have been the best fit given his cost and production..

And the Cowboys won’t. The odds he ends up in Dallas are slim and none. And even if he did, it would have to be for the prices they paid the other vets. And I can’t see him accepting that.

He must have really beat the other guys *** for the Ravens to be considering parting ways. If that's not the case the team is fragile and full of snowflakes....pretenders and not contenders.

I mean I get that Earl is intense and he's a dawg and all, but isn't he a little old to be doing some of the stuff he's doing?

Don't think it's that at all......hell, catfight happens all the time during training camp. Players/coaches brush them off and keep moving. The fact they sent him home tells me it's likely an accumulation of frustration that's boiled over and this may have been the straw that broke the camels back as they say. Not to mention, they may have been looking to build a case to void his contract( knowing it would more than one incident) and ET was too stupid to see it. But the fact they are not allowing back at practice and team counsel want him gone says it all.

Build their case? It's nearly impossible for nfl teams to get their money back.

There is an alternate universe where Frederick doesn't get sick(we didn't save any CAP space this season from his retirement), the Boys either drafted Ramsey instead of Zeke or paid Byron instead of Zeke, and we get Thomas on the cheap, we draft Thornhill(who we had rated higher) instead of Hill.

That would easily be the best roster in football.

Don't forget that we drafted TJ Watt instead of soft Taco.
