Not that it matters but, NN has 3 SB rings. Vote #31 of the top 60 Cowboys of all-time.

After Jesse Holley said that Dak needs to prove himself this year Nate said “Dak is who he is. A winner and a leader of men. The only time this kid has failed is when the team has failed around him.”

Nate knows more than all the Dak haters here leaps and bounds so all of you go bury your head in the sand.
13-10, special teams/defenses fault

Yet, he didn't win one game where we trailed at the half and laid an egg in Philly to get us into the playoffs.

And Dak had an injured shoulder, and the team quit in Philly leading to the exodus of Garrett and just about the entire coaching staff. If that were not the case and it was all on Dak they would not have franchised him. The Cowboys ownership, executive management, and most importantly our current head coach are all on board with Dak. Not starting is Dalton, DiNucci, or Nibbles the Wonder Squirrel.

It's funny that all of the Cowboys legends with rings seem to believe that Dak is that guy and is the truth. However, those Cowboys players that we forgot even wore the Star always question Dak.

I get it....everyone is allowed their opinion. But I'll take the opinion of the legend that knows what it takes to win a ring over the guy that I only know because he was on my team.

I completely buy into that, but I can't understand for the life of me why Garrett did that when the offense was rolling.

There's no way someone can look at the motions, shifts, formations and disguise in week 1-3 versus the rest of a the season and not say something changed.

My personal opinion is that Moore and his scheme were forced on Garrett and eventually he just couldn't help himself and had to go back to something more "comfortable" for him.

That's just a guess ony part though , obviously.

If you remember back, the Dallas offense was the talk of the league in weeks 1-3 and all the credit was going to Moore. You couldn’t watch a sports highlight show, NFL show, or listen to sports radio without seeing or hearing about how well Moore’s offense was doing. Garrett got fed up and took back control. You just had to watch the games to know it was different. The players were different after that to. They played like the knew they were being held back. I think Garrett felt threatened and didn’t want Moore stealing his credit and spotlight. He essentially sabotaged the season, whether he realized he was or not, and paved his way out of Dallas because his ego couldn’t take the praise everyone was heaping on Moore. If you think about it, praising Moore for his success was a direct condemnation of Garrett’s offensive scheme’s failure. Three weeks was all he could take.

Nate does do a good job of breaking down blocking. I like Nate too. He has a real gift of gab and is funny. He does get long winded at times and go off in tangents.

But when he actually focuses on breaking down what happens in a play from a blocking perspective. He knows his stuff. I enjoy when he points out exactly what happened up front.

Hope Nate gets a HoF invite someday.
