THE EYE IN THE SKY DON'T LIE. We all saw his lackluster play. The entire group in fact. Joe Thomas was the best of the worst.
all in all...a trash unit. Time to bring Francis Bernard up.Lee is still our best LB and it’s not even close, can’t wait for the 4 games he’ll come back for before getting hurt again. LVE might never be the same as his rookie year and Smith is always out of position
Man...I’m embarrassed for supporting Dlaw when he held out. I didn’t mind him holding out, he was tagged and never once complained but I severely over estimated his worth....in hindsight, I thought Jaylon was worth waiting for. Seemed like freak athlete. Boy, was I wrong.
I feel like the answer to most problems is steroids.I think the answer to our line backing problems is steroids.
not from I. Dude has never been a good tackler or shown any instincts. Relies on his speed.Wait but he makes a lot of tackles.
He is solid.
Could swear I heard that around here not all that long ago.
until Jerry is taking a dirt nap, this wont change.Another fun one....taking Murray at 17 is ridiculous because he wont start.
LOL.
Or it's an undervalued position and doesnt matter.
Not sure why this is a topic in that case. We should be fine.
Safeties dont matter. LBs dont matter.....
Yeah....they kinda do folks.
I wanted us to draft Rashaan Evans over LVEFirst, Jaylon may be the most over hyped guy at his position that the Cowboys ever had. Maybe more than Hollywood Henderson, but at least he made plays and was actually very good, all for a short time. When is it fair to say the Jaylon Smith story should be over here in Dallas? What has he actually done to make plays in crucial moments? Lets have this debate. Should we trade him..cut bait?LVE...CAN WE ALL just be real and say this is a failed venture? He is always hurt...he is Sean Lee junior and that is not a good thing. Can we all admit our linebackers stink? LVE when healthy is our best..but key phrase...when healthy. Lee is all but toast. and when Thomas is your best LB, you know we got issues at that position. When is it time to start Francis Bernard and go with new blood?Lets have a real conversation about this.
Not sure about building around a dude that hasnt taken a snap yet....KEEP Francis Bernard and build Around him. AGREE.

...lol... no biggie bro. I'll admit I was on the fence with Dlaw getting that contract. He only had one good year under his belt, big red flag. Adding to the fire with holding out. Jerry, just cant see straight with all that money.Man...I’m embarrassed for supporting Dlaw when he held out. I didn’t mind him holding out, he was tagged and never once complained but I severely over estimated his worth.
I was also really happy for Jaylon but thought the contract was premature and Jerry was just trying to flex his wallet muscle in front of zeke. Then Jaylon not only became one of the biggest dbags on the team but one of the most over rated.
I am 0-2 in supporting those two clowns.
For being such a big dude, Jaylon does not like to stick his nose into contact. He is always tacking from behind or on the side of the player. Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.
yeah...I am quickly starting to not trust this staff. Bernard ...yoru right about him. If he isnt ready, lets find out now, put him in. We have nothing to lose the way I see it. The group we have now cant play...they just cant. Not sure about building around a dude that hasnt taken a snap yet....
But I DO want to see him on the field sooner than later.
If he is simply overmatched in the league, fine, but I'd like to see it...because frankly, I'm having trouble trusting this staff and what it is they are doing on several levels.
