Yea dak got punched in the face too
Ohhhhhh...you must mean this one! The conspiracy theorists and cry babies will forget this ever happened but the refs tried their best to hand us this game but we couldn’t capitalize.

https://thespun.com/nfl/nfc-east/dallas-cowboys/refs-roughing-the-passer-penalty-cowboys-packers

But Goff threw an INT due to a much more obvious hands to the face/roughing the passer which wasn’t called and the cry babies don’t want to even acknowledge that, they just want to focus on the debatable OPI.

It must be much easier for some people to feel sorry for themselves and make excuses rather than man up and move on. God I hope the players don’t have this same mentality.

Obvious or not a penalty is a penalty. So if ppl are gonna whine about goff gettin hit then it has to be pointed out Dak got hit too. No doubt however play clock a zero. Save your drama

No I mean the one in the rams game. Someone posted a picture of it on here.
We can post pictures all day, should I look for the video of Donald having his jersey stretched out like pizza dough when he was getting after Dak just a few plays after the INT?

The point is we got some bad calls and non calls that hurt or helped us and so did they. It happened, it’s going to happen and there’s nothing we can do about it.

I hate that the Cowboys lost but the conspiracy theory that the refs secretly did what they could to make sure the rams won is just that a conspiracy theory which ranks up there with the 2nd gunman in the grassy knoll.

You forgot the 3rd shooter in the building across the street, and the 4th shooter in the storm drain. Heh,

If you watched last nights Pittsburg-Giants game then maybe you noticed the real OPI that was not called. The Pitts receiver shoved off the defender hard, and no call. The Gallup call was not OPI, even Collinsworth and the ex-nfl referee analyst called it out at the time. Of course the NFL is going to defend their call, why admit a mistake? Dallas always gets a drive killed by some ticky-tac call that other teams are not called for, usually a key offensive drive at that. However, the Cowboys should expect that and not be in a position to lose a game on one drive.

Drama? Who started this thread? Were you one of the several laughing at Saints fans last year after we won? Do you still complain about the Dez catch but not acknowledge that we got there because of a horrible non call against Detroit?

It’s over. Jerry should see if Kleenex will sponsor the Cowboys. It would be a huge hit, they could have tissue dispensers at every entrance and exit, vendors selling them walking down the aisles, zeke (along with the other ladies) and cry babies could have small packs to carry in their purses...I would buy shares of Kleenex stock immediately!

Huh, so I guess you didn’t see Goodells alleged favorite team (the Giants) TE, Evan Engram, get called for an OPI that was very similar to Gallups?

No, I did not see the whole game. I will search and see if I can find a video.

First off I have always said the refs make mistakes but to say that a blown or missed call in one game automatically makes a legit call a bad call in another games is hilarious. You seem to forget or missed the obvious call the refs missed that helped the Cowboys. When the Cowboys picked off Goff he also got a hit to the head that normally would have gotten called but was missed and therefore the pick stood. If the refs were/are always out to make the Cowboys lose then they would have called that and then there wouldn't have been a pick.

If you want to think that the every ref in the NFL has a secret plan to call all there games against them than knock your socks off but you'll end up in the loony bin. Why is it that a Cowboys coach nor neither has Jerry or Stephen ever demanded an investigation for this conspiracy theory? According to you it usually happens on a key offensive play so how do they not get those calls that the refs have secretly decided they're going to call anyways. There is a key offensive drive in EVERY game. I'll bet you still believe in Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny too.

It was way more obvious than Gallup's, and on an entirely different type of play. The Slayton TD was basically the same thing as Gallup's.

I've seen that before, they'll give the HC a little leeway if he's running down the sideline.

The officials on the field keep the official time. Back judge I believe has a stop watch and handles the play clock officially. Whats viewed in the stands is unofficial. Thats the way it was. May have changed with all the "improvements" to the game. Nevertheless it did seem like it took a long time for the time out to get called.

-------This is what happens when your owner tries to get the commissioner fired

Was happening long before the incident above

Like I've been saying, the refs know that there will be be ZERO retribution from the league offices when their blown calls are against Dallas....in fact, the refs probably believe they are are currying favor with the goon and all the other pukes in NY

I've seen this in other games too. The clock hit's zero and then a second or two later the QB takes the snap. However, no flag is thrown. The broadcasters say if it's close then the refs will just let them have that extra second before calling it. So, why not just extend the Play clock then? Whole thing is stupid. If the clock hit's zero and the QB is still waiting for the snap then it's a delay of game. Simple as that.

didn't think the refs could retroactively grant timeouts.
they accurately called it a penalty and then said no no wait.
terrible.
just another NFL sunday.

We opened our stadium at one point of time as well. All we got was a childish Manning vandalizing our locker room.
Jerry isn’t always in favor with the inner NFL gods and besides, look who we had as head coach.

You are missing the point that its WHEN our penalties happen....I honestly cannot remember the last time our opponent had a huge offensive play wiped out....and it NEVER happens late in a game. As for the missed call for the hands to the face on Goff....THE REFS DIDN'T SEE IT....had they seen it, they would have called it....duh.....you act as if they saw it, but simply ignored it.
