It's the way the back of his hand is on him. There's no real shove. The hand isn't even in a good position to cause Ramsey's reaction. But I can see why the ref called it. WRs just need to keep their hands off of defenders shoulder/chest area.

They need to let Gallup ball out for 8 games and trade him for a first to the Commanders

There was a short yardage play where Zeke's shoulder pads were 3 feet off the ground for about 8 yards.

Yet there are calls to dangle him for a TE.
What that would do is put us ONE injury away to Amari or CD for Stephen to be all over the waiver wire for a WR.

It's coming to the point where everytime the cowboys have a big play at the end of the game I have to assume a flag is coming out against us. Mysterious tripping / holding or some bs penalty that hasn't been called in like 5 years.

Gallup needs to watch tape from Carter,Keyshawn, and Irv on how to get away with push offs.

Gallup extended his arm onto JR’s shoulder pad at the top if the route in the break on that day 1st half play, too. The difference in call vs. non-call is the optics of Ramsey’s “flop” on that crucial call. Officials too often let the optics determine their PI call, which is somewhat understandable in a split-second decision. The solution should be review/challenge, but as we saw last year, the Brotherhood of the Stripe subvert that so that’s not a solution.
