Sign Warford for Connor’s G spot and put Connor at LT
Yes, time to see if C.Williams is our next LT. At this point, i think our best 5 are C. Williams (LT), Looney or McGovern (LG) Biadasz (C) Martin (RG) Knight (RT)

Leary didnt even go to a camp.

I doubt he is in football shape, let alone the version of what he was when here.

Better off with McGovern.

If Smith has to miss extensive time they DO need to move Williams outside.
Leary is reportedly in good shape according to Mike Fisher, who also says Snacks Harrison is as well. Harrison lives down the street from the facility, and he stuffs the run. Nobody here currently does.

at what point will MM be "alarmed" if THIS doesn't do it? The oline is a mess. The dline interior guys suck and simply are not NFL caliber at this point. Our linebacker group are over hyped and unwilling tacklers. Not to mention NOT GOOD ENOUGH to be every down starters. Those are the facts. The db's are learning on the job and we lack just 1 gifted proven playmaker on D. Until we see a guy do it consistently and be that guy, then we dont have one.

The tackling was definitely miserable last Sunday. I'm hoping they got their tails chewed out and do better this week. We'll see.

Well if that's the case I'd have Harrison in here in a second.

As for Leary, I'd rather go McGovern first.

I know that Williams took some practice snaps at RT last season.

I dont know that he has taken a single practice snap at LT since college.

He at the very least needs to line up there all week prior to a game.

Theres no word on Knight. On one hand it nice to not let Atlanta know what's what, but I'm not sure what going on at all here, beginning with the Collins mystery.

Is there another team in the league that has more drama around it’s stars than the Dallas Cowboys? I long for the day when the stars are reliable every week, produce, and avoid arrest.

Injury concerns - Smith, LVE, Lee, Cooper, Crawford, Lewis, Woods, Jarwin, Williams
Arrest / Suspensions - Zeke, Gregory, Smith,
Thieves - JSmith, Lawrence, Crawford, Chido
Contract BS - Dak

That’s a lot of talent to sweat week to week on.

Why does everyone want to sign Snacks? Poe has played 1 game and Woods is behind him. You’re not shelving those 2 for a guy who plays the same position after 1 week if neither are injured.

People calling out Tyron.. SMH

It's not the dudes fault the team has absolutely refused to address swing tackle with any real emphasis. When he plays, Tyron is still one of the best in the game. I'll take a top-3 tackle 13 games a season than just about any other option. The team absolutely dropped the ball addressing the OL in the offseason though.

Crazy idea- if Tyron is out long term, why not move Zack Martin to LT? He's our best lineman, left tackle is the most important position, and Martin played there at Notre Dame. Left guard can go to Connor McGovern, Brandon Knight, or even Tyler Biadasz.

Who plays RG? Moving Martin potentially creates 2 holes on the line if he were to struggle at LT.

I would put Tyron Smith as the one player on the team we can least afford to lose.

Prescott is second, but at least Dalton is a more capable backup than the street guy and/or mystery man that would play LT if Smith cant.

I agree, I just suggested moving Martin might be a consideration only if Smith is out for a very long time.

I want to get off this ride,Tyron is so unreliable now.We should draft a Tackle the first chance we get.
Been saying for years to get rid of him. He has never really been consistently.healthy ever since he claimed he needed back surgery but refused to get it.
