It’s just who Amari is.

He isn’t the guy who is going to consistently catch a ton of balls.
He is a big play receiver. Who sometimes disappears but can also absolutely roast teams too when he gets going.

That’s just who he is.

That was not alligator arms, he simply Did not look the ball in, because he took a peek at the DB. Go back and look at that play the ball went between his wrist

Ummm...I’m pretty sure not looking the ball in because you’re peeking at the DB who’s about to drill you is the literal definition of alligator arms.

He is basically Roddy White. He is an adequate #1, but ideally you want him as a 1B or #2

Coop is every bit a number one. He moves you down the field in chunks and is the best deep threat we have.

On one hand I love this dude. That catch earlier in the game was absolutely insane, and clutch.
Then he has a must catch drop because he got scared.
Finally, he takes himself out of the game again right in the middle of a two minute drill. Someone help me get a better understanding of what and who Cooper is.

Cooper should probably be encouraged to stay in the game more when he doesn't feel up to snuff. But I prefer a guy who will take himself out if he thinks he's hurting the team over guys who stay in regardless.

He's not a diva. That's a plus to me. Seems a little on the depressive side. Let Cooper say when he thinks he should come out. Let the coaches encourage him to stay in when they think he helps.

A #1 WR who is *not* a diva is a nice thing to have on an offense with a lot of weapons. No more having to feed the #1 early or he'll get in a snit.

That catch he dropped i replayed it and if he caught it the defender would’ve knocked the ball loose and possibly knocked him out

I wonder how much longer though. Assuming Lamb is everything we think he is it may be better to keep Gallup and draft a young guy.

Considering his contract extension, they're keeping him for a while.

Cooper is a great talent that helps you between the 20s. He's not a big help in the redzone, though, and has come up short in the last few clutch scenarios the team has been in.

On a short field, he's like Beasley for quick route running, but bigger and stronger. Gonna win against one but not two. A help near the goal line if used correctly, but not as much of a help as he is between the 20s where his speed factors in.

Isolate him. If they cover him with 2, go elsewhere. If they cover him with 1, expect him to win most of those.

Unless I missed something the Cowboys can cut him after the 2021 season with no cap hit. That's also when Gallup becomes a free agent.

Lol, calling an NFL player scared. I'd like to see you see your life flash before your eyes and not flinch. He would've gotten blown up.

He doesn't have passion for the game....countless people saw it first hand before he got here.

I wonder if the Cowboys knew they could have drafted Lamb would they have paid Cooper.

I would say because they paid Cooper, they got to draft lamb. The eagles didn't try as hard to move up mostly because I dont think they thought dallas would draft lamb with the needs on defense

We need them both right now, our offense besides line is a strength. Not sure who we could of got on D that would account for Cooper's absence.

He's a guy who performs while enduring a foot injury. Nothing bad to say about the guy. Seems to be dak's security blanket at the present time.
