I chuckled and shook my head. Enjoyed it but definitely not crying over football. Let alone eking out a week 2 win

I was 100% expecting to miss

I know. I have PTSD from Maher’s time with us. I went out front to my car soon after the end of the game and the neighbors (two separate houses across the street) were talking. I waved and said an enthusiastic “hi”. One of them said, “ahh a football game”. I had my jersey on so I think it just clicked with him when he saw me. Pretty sure there was thought of calling the police or something, because of the yelling.

I started crying that We (Fans) are going to be let down again by expectations.

Don't shed tears over a game. You will save yourself a whole lot of emotional turmoil.

I used to let wins and losses dictate my week. Not any more. It's best to completely detach yourself from the game emotionally, and only view it for what it is. It's just for entertainment.
