Last night on SNF someone said they asked Haley about going from a 3 point stance to a 2 point stance and he said that it's much harder than most think and not all players are able to make the switch.

I'm not a coach but I wonder why a coach would try to make that kind of change on a player that was pretty good playing the other way. After a couple games and not seeing what he thought would happen with his changes that maybe it's time to let all four of the defensive linemen go back to their 3 point stance and have them play the way they played well before.

When has DLaw been playing good other than his contract year?

Last year he was coming off an injury AND he seldom ever only had to beat a single tackle to get to the QB. They almost always had a TE or back helping on his side. Even in a down year for sacks he still was really good at the run game.

as long as enablers like the nfl network and others keep telling him how great he is, this wont change,if ever. On the telecast last night I actually broke my rule and watched espn and monday night FB...and case & point, they were talking about Josh Jacobs in the same breath as Bo Jackson and MARCUS ALLEN lol. One announcer at least had the guts to say, lets hold off on the yellow jacket right now. I think it was Griese.Point is, the bar for what is deemed great has lowered apparentlty...so whatever DFLAW does and others like him, they still get praised. Its just stupid. No accountability in the NFL. D Flaw is the biggest fraud on our team thus far in 2020. He picked up where he left off last year. I think he is very immature and any love of the game is gone and replaced with love of money itself.

Good grief, it's a good thing we've allocated a small army of DEs this season!

By the looks of things, we'll be needing 'em!! Come on down, Randy Gregory!

Definitely is. I’m sure he’s a good guy and everything but that contract vs production ratio makes it difficult to tolerate. We might be better off having someone who’s hungry out there

total agreement...hopefully 2 games of no production will fire him up??

the issue with DFlaw is more a "want to" thing. He is protecting his brand in his own mind. He lost whatever edge he once had. I see no hunger out there, to get to the ball.He is invisible right now. A non factor. Put him on IR for a few weeks, let him think about it. We can rotate Anae into the line up. He is the future and the future may be now.

Lawrence is garbage. Should’ve let him walk. He’ll be out 4 to 6 weeks with hurt feelings.
