The nice thing is it usually takes zeke 2 games to get going every season. I think he’ll easily win a rushing title this year & no one can say it’s because we have the best OLine in football..

Zeke is a quality back. No question. Rookie Zeke was quite possibly the best football player in the entire NFL. He was averaging over 5 yards per carry back then. It has steadily dropped. This year is so far at an all time low of 4.2 YPC. Not trying to hate on the guy just facing reality.

It's almost like he runs better when he's not slamming into a pile of bodies at the LOS...

certainly not this years well see what the numbers bear out but that eye test I hear so much about in here would suggest our line pretty much sux

the problem with all theories is knowing when they apply. the "don't invest in \ pay in RB's" theory has merit. BUT it does not apply to top level talent that contributes at a high level in all phases (rushing, receiving, protection).

good for Zeke to really put in the work to look like he did as a rookie.

But rookie Zeke is BACK. The initial burst, the explosion. It's there again. And I'm surprised as hell, because when RB's rack up the mileage and the burst starts to fade....it's usually downhill from there, but Zeke took this off-season seriously.

And something I've always given him credit for, but even more so now with all the injuries around the league (McCaffrey, Barkley, Mostert, Mack, etc..)

Dude is durable as hell. He's a tank.

Oh and he does this:

dude seriously Zeke was doing the same stuff every season, went unnoticed with the hate blinders, last season , mostly in the first half late in the season, he was running the same way..

but glad you woke up zeke never left.

he bowling balling more then the guy at the Goal line he was trucking tacklers and blocking great as usual..

after the fumble and nearly two fumbles you saw him upset and embarrassed and took it out on every defender that got near him all game.. they highlight the TD play which was awesome but he was bowling over defenders all game..
