News: Dak Prescott NFC Player of the Week

"For the third time in his career, Prescott has been named the NFC Player of the Week on the heels of the Dallas Cowboys' riveting 40-39 comeback victory over the Atlanta Falcons in America's Team's home opener. Prescott made history in the game as he became the first NFL player to record at least 400 yards passing and score three rushing touchdowns. The strong-armed Prescott completed 34 of his 47 attempts (72%) for 450 yards, a touchdown, no interceptions and a 109.4 rating. And he had added three touchdowns on the ground."

Well well. Cant believe Mr. Average accomplished this.

He earned it. He stood in there and made a few of his best throws sunday.

Josh Allen won the AFC honor and he has been incredible so far.

I know it was against Atlanta but Dak really is starting to look like a franchise quarterback in every way. He never panicked in this game.

Carson WINCE in the meantime has thrown 4 INTs in just 2 games. Perhaps he is trying to outdo Winston will it comes to throwing the most INTs in a single season.

Dak got garbage time stats against a winless team. They shouldn't be honoring him with an award, the eye test tells me he was terrible. All those inaccurate passes he threw. Can't wait to get a real franchise QB
