Def has avg 11th the past 6 years....where's our offense when we hold teams to 20 points or under.....NOWHERE!!!

Open up the offense and make other teams pass to keep up.

I like our DEs to give us some rush and get some stops. Need to switch to more hand on the ground for Griffen and DLaw. Use what we've got properly. *Supposedly* this is McCarthy's philosophy. "Give me players, and I'll fit the scheme to them." Then do it.

Thomas playing well. Jaylon played better. Getting LVE back. XWoods playing well. Gregory should deepen the DE pass rush.

The quality at DE is well suited to the offense making the game a shootout. We've got the quality on offense to do that. Just need the will.

Thomas is on the small side. I'd rather bring back LVE sooner rather than later for a rotation so we don't break Thomas with too many snaps. Thomas and Jaylon both had good games. LVE is our best LB when healthy.

It's not unrealistic that we'll soon have a high quality rotation of interior LBs soon. No guarantee, but that's where we're heading in a few games w/o another injury at LB.

LVE hasn't been playing that well lately, and that goes back through last year, but he hasn't been that healthy in a while either. I think he should be able to play well again, and the faster we can get there, the better.

He's shown us the most at LB, and when younger. I don't think he has a physical limitation to get back to that level, though I worry he has a physical limitation to stay healthy.
