I think we probably narrowly lose on Sunday but it will have little or nothing to do with Mr. Adams and his childish grudge.

Personally, I'm glad we passed on a player that feels he needs extra motivation in a game to try his best. Kind of expect that every week when you're earning millions to do a good job.

Adams comes off as a naïve malcontent with the thought patterns of a 13 year old brat. If he needs to train his brain to believe that Dallas was ever gonna pay what the Jets were askin then he doesnt understand how business works. This time next year he will turn his anger onto the Seahawks. This guy seems petulant and untrustworthy to me.BTW...he's a dynamic BOX SAFETY...not a cover guy. Hope we take advantage of this Sunday.

Many players like to find things to despise about opposing teams, as a source of motivation. I can't hold it against him for being intense!

that's what made jordan. it's crazy the stuff he used to motivate himself in that documentary. so many stories of him having average games until someone said something to him or he perceived something and turned it into something more in his mind.

people wanna hold it against a player but they aren't robots. up and down days are normal. whatever you can do to turn it on is just fine.

I've only heard Adams isn't good in coverage from media n fans... personally I think dude is a flat out baller.

Players can use someone drinking up their orange juice before the game as motivation, so of course he's juiced for the Cowboys.

None of this matters much tho.

Jamal Adams says he'll have a little extra motivation when the Seattle Seahawks host the Dallas Cowboys Sunday at CenturyLink Field.

It isn't because the All-Pro safety will be playing his hometown team for only the second time in his career. It's because of something he has heard through the grapevine back home.

"I've seen a couple things, they said I struggle in coverage, so I can't wait," a smiling Adams told reporters Thursday. "I got a little text from one of my buddies back home. He has the inside scoop on that. So, looking forward to it."

Seattle is going to try and bully our receivers. I am interested to see how Gallup, Amari, and Shultz react. Gallup was bullied last year against the Jets and did not respond well. We all know Amari can be moody but he did toast Dunbar when he was with Washington and Griffin in the playoffs. I think this might be CeeDee break out game because the Seahawks have no one in the slot that can cover him. They have two big hitting safeties and good linebackers so the receivers need to be tough this game.
