We lack the structure. U don't see their Owner and son talking to the media about who will be playing and etc.
And I bet the Owner didn't for a student hire on those coachers.

Ozzie Newsome is a great football mind. Its unfortunate that Will McClay has to work under the Jones's because if he had more free reign who knows what the personnel on this team would be.

Ravens, Chiefs, Steelers, Patriots, Saints, Rams, Seahawks - when was the last time you saw their owner doing interviews talking about players?

Idk i think mcclay is just a yes man. If he was that talented theres no way he could work woth the incompetence of the jones' for so long
