Browns are a better D than we faced the last 2 games they are more like the Rams, i expect a lower scoring game similar to the Rams game. If the Browns are able to run the ball with Chubb and Hunt we could be in for a long day, if we can stop them from running the ball then i think we will win the game. I see a 21-17 type game going either way

Get Tyron back for the Browns game or definitely after.

Hopefully get CB Brown back after Cleveland.
- CB Lewis has been horrible.

Giants next.

Go into the AZ game 3-2.
- Maybe have some other players back by then.

For all the hand wringing, we've already shown we have a deadly offense, even without our starting tackles. We are also missing 4 defensive starters.

We got a couple of tomato cans coming up. Az is OK but we won't see a legit team until November and have just one elite team remaining on the schedule. The way the East is playing, we likely end up with 6 pretty easy divisional games.

Browns are giving up 31 ppg. If we can block Myles Garrett, Dak should carve them up. If we keep turning the ball over, the game will be close. If we hold onto the ball, I expect a comfortable win. Washington turned it over 5x against cleveland, who cashed those in for 24 points. Washington was still winning that game going into the 4th quarter. Protect the ball and we win comfortably.

Was really hoping to pull the seahags game off. Had the lead and he ball. But our Defense just couldn’t get back and stop these bombs. I think wilson threw one early and we defended it. That should have told them he was going back to it. But to let them do that all day is ridiculous. And our ST. Pollard has no clue what he was doing. And our kicker missing a extra point. No excuse for those mistakes in a game you knew was gonna be close. The refs again don’t help by calling what they are supposed to.

But it’s over. We knew these first 3 games would be hard. We were in all 3 till the end. The team fights. But mistakes have got to be cleaned up.

We need to go out and play well and fast Sunday and get this win and move on.

We have been able to hang in every game. Despite a crappy Defense and some bad calls. I expect the officiating to be bad all year. Not just our team that’s getting them but I tell ya some of them are real head scratchers..

This is from Sturm....
"I feel so much better about the 1-2 Cowboys of 2020 than any of us ever should have felt about the 3-0 Cowboys of 2019 who had just whooped three awful teams. Let’s see if that holds up in a few months. I think it has a chance to do so."

Does anyone feel the same way? Other than the D looking worse.

IF, they go on and improve, and win the next 3 games at home. Some may think win 2 of 3.

If it is true, they should beat the Browns, though it may be close. And we should be the NY Garrett's. And the Cardinals lost at home to the Lions. If they would have won, I would give that game to the Cards, depending the outcomes of the next 2 games until they play. But since they lost, I will go homer and give it to Dallas.

If true, Dallas could and should win the next 5 games as of the way teams look now. And go into a home game against the SteAlers ar 6-2.

I expect Nick Chubb to have a field day against us.
Use chubb and they will go deep later. We need to get a pass rush this week.I thought we did ok against wilson. They weren’t going after him because we were afraid he would run on us.

I just want to see improvement on Defense. Our Offense is improving except playcalling got away from the run. Elliot wasn’t doing his normal thing but we got away from it. He is one run away from breaking one. A running game would have won us the game. We have the ball and the lead and could run then could have burned the clock out.

Browns, Giants, Arizona all home and then Wash and eagles away

That’s our next 5. Can’t lose more than 1. If we’re 5-3 things will truly be all good. Just the Browns isn’t good enough

I like Lewis as a nickel back. As a starter with the Cowboys? On the fence. Still believe he'll start on another team.

From seeing the 4 ex-cowboys on the Chiefs on MNF earlier tonight (who were not that great when they were here), it seems like when our players go to another team, they suddenly are better.
good point. they are now coached by reid, and not the useless garrett and marinelli.

I always like to separate the season up in 4 game increments. Finish 2-2 and we are right back to where we started.

You just better win the division because you already have two losses against teams you may be competing with for a wildcard spot.

Looking at the schedule though, this team could easily win their next 5 games if they win Sunday. 8 of our final 13 games are against teams with a combined 1 victory. Out of the remaining 5 games against teams with victories this year(Cleveland, Pitt, Baltimore, 49ers,Cardinals) only one of those games are on the road.

So..13 out of our next 14 games are either against teams that appear to be bad thus far or we get to play them at home.

It’s possible this Cowboys team could be a bad team that finishes with 10 wins.

Im honestly unsure of what we have here. I know the defense sux I know the line is a huge ? mark. I know special teams thus far hasnt been the solution we thought it would be. We also know that this offense can light you up. TE isnt as big of a concern as we thought coming into the year

You're right, its less about the browns and more about us. Can we actually show up and play clean football? Or at the very least not put ourselves in a 2 score hole just for fun?

On paper, this is the least challenging game so far. And im not saying that to say we'll win. Need to limit their RBs and hopefully Tyron is back to deal with Garrett.

You are ignoring how horrible our safety play was in Seattle , all the teams are going to copy that . If they play too deep then our middle which is already all open will be easy pickings

What I find disheartening is Chido and Brown aren’t even good. Like ok they’ll come back and we’ll give up 375 through the air instead of 400. Everyone but Diggs must go after this season
I think we need an overhaul at corner but I'm willing to give it a few more games to see what we do.
