Every other NFL offense: bring WR across the formation in motion at full speed a D snap the ball while he's running to catch defense standing.

Cowboys offense: bring WR across the formation in motion at full speed, then have him stop, then snap the ball, then have him run up and out.

This is the stuff that matters in play design. This is still a 1980s offense.
