Hey Stephen. Why don’t y’all just hire a real GM. Let him do the work, and you can sit back with your billions and just chill and enjoy the games.

rather than playing GM with daddies football team so you can fulfill your need for attention.

There's the problem, yet again. They constantly overvalue the talent on their own roster. After all, they hired these guys so they have to be the best.

What's needed is an independent evaluator to give them an honest assessment, assuming the Jones boys are open to one. I'm guessing there are a lot of "yes" men at the Star, otherwise Jerry might get uncomfortable.

McCarthy, as are most football coaches, are control freaks. McCarthy has been quoted more than once saying he would never not call plays again. In what world does this man just decide "ehhh, I 'll let Kellen Moore run and call the offense" ? ? ?

We only interviewed Mike McCarthy and Marvin Lewis for the job. Those were not the best head coaches available. They were the biggest names out there who would be thankful enough to have a job where they will tolerate the Jones meddling.

I think perhaps you're 100% correct about Mike McCarthy being "neutered" by Jerry!!

Otherwise, he may not have made Moore our OC. It's just more of the same old crap.

Jerry has made it his persistent habit to pilfer any semblance of authority from his HC.

It might be feasible that the players are recognizing the same old pattern existing now.
