If you say so.
one of the worst teams in the league and we need to pull all our money plays out of our *** on offense? Zero need for that and we were moving the ball without a problem. Season was lost already I just wanted to see what Dak was going to do with this team to see if he's worth the big $.

Never was a fan of running with the qb for this reason. Didn’t like it last year with Garrett and Moore allowing it to be used and using it so much and the same this year. Qb sneaks for a yard or 2 r different. Dak doesn’t and wouldn’t know how to go down easy and this is the risk with it. It was a nice play call but you save that one for a big time moment in a playoff game not against a winless powerless giants team when u r moving the ball with zero problem. I blame the coaching for this injury.
It might be complicated to comprehend for someone with your intellect, but players can even be injured in the pocket. Some players are severely injured with no contact at all! Hard to believe huh?
The NFL is a very physical sport...

Stuff happens. Time to move on. We play to win and we can't play scared. It's part of the game.
Im with you with that but it's unnecessary to do it at that point. Offense was moving regardless to make that call. Theres a reason why the protect the QB so much nowadays and thats so stuff like this doesn't happen.

We needed to do something, we were behind at the time and the D had given up points on all but one NY drive. Keep cherry picking on this but we were not in control of this game, ever.

Dak could have just gone down at that point as well. Remember some people think Dak should be running more.

Ok smart *** how many times has he dropped back to pass? How many sacks has he taken? How many set draw plays has he taken to get more than 10 yards? Its one thing to do it for a yard or two or in a huge moment in a huge game but it's another to do it when you don't need to do it but for someone like you who is simple minded I wouldn't expect for you to understand that.

That's a big part of Dak's game. QBs have to be able to run in the NFL today.

:laugh:No it's not....And this is why you don't run RPO's in the league. Teams that live off that offense.....die. It's a gimmick....that gets your QB killed. Yet all you fools want to give this guy 40 million...so he can go out and get hurt. Just dumb.

What I noticed was Dak did not go down into a slide like he has been told to do.

Previous to that play..

Dak consistently would slide and protect himself.

Additionally it was close to a horse collar tackle at first look.

Romo ended his career not sliding and suffered for it.

You can bet Dalton is going to be told DO NOT RUN.

We will see.

They were moving the ball no problem the whole game even when we went down. The pick 6 is what changed the score, not the fact that we weren't moving the ball. It was unnecessary and it cost us our QB for the rest of the season.

That’s why I am not a big fan of Lamar Jackson. It’s only a matter of time that your cleat gets caught or someone rolls up on you.

I mean on any given play, any single player can get injured. Lamar Jackson if he didn't run would be a no one. That is the risk you take. We were lucky for years and nothing ever happened to Dak. He has never missed a game before this season. He's a tough sob. I don't blame Moore for this.

What I do blame Moore for is his craptasitc playcalling on the game tying FG drive on 1st and 2nd downs before we kicked a FG.

He never goes down into a slide which is why I blame not only Moore for the call but McCarthy for allowing the call to happen. Great coaches know their players and what they want to do, what they can do and what they can't do. It's that simple. You know Dak fights for yards which is a good thing but you only use it when you really need too because you know he's not going to just slide.

Man come on.......it was a freak injury. Had nothing to do with the play calling.
Have you ever noticed how freak injuries happen on freak plays or plays that are out of the ordinary. Terrell Davis career ended because of a freak/not ordinary play. Just like the torn ACLs on celebrations, jumping in the air like the kicker and the bears LB. Not injured on an ordinary plays that they have done 10,000 times.

If we were moving the ball at will then why did we need a defensive score to win?

Gawd man, you need to let this go.
