He had surgery already?
The bone broke the skin so they needed to act fast to avoid infection.
He had surgery already?
I just gotta wonder when he comes back how affected he will be. Dez never made a full comeback with his foot injury
I tore the crap out of my left foot. Surgery was ASAP.He had surgery already?
And blood loss. The bone broke the skin so they needed to act fast to avoid infection.
Yeah based on him essentially being a pocket passer........I don't think he'll have any physical limitations......I just gotta wonder when he comes back how affected he will be. Dez never made a full comeback with his foot injury

It hurt seeing him being carted off
I agree.Might be a bad time to mention a new contract, but I believe this serious injury guarantees Dak stays in Big D. Jerry knows how good Dak is, and now this injury will force Dak to settle for less per year (low 30 million per year). A longterm contract would benefit Dak this time due to this injury.

If it was anything like Hurns' injury, which just from an outside perspective seems to be the case, Dak should be ready to go for off season stuff barring any unforeseen setbacks.I have no doubt he will be back and ready to roll faster then most. I hope he heals up and is ready to lead this team next season.
He's a special guy man. I said it on another thread but when people ask what is Dak good at.....just see the look on everyones face while he was on that cart.I don't think I've ever seen the entire team come over to the cart like that. Before the cart pulled out, one of the last guys talking to him was Justin March, a backup on defense who certainly isn't in any of the position meetings with Dak. That and Garrett coming over really tells you all you need to know about Dak's leadership on this team.
