The only thing i know about Ben DaNucci is that “da Nooch” is an awesome nickname

idk if he should play if there was a preseason then id be fine with him playing in emergencies but you just can’t toss him out there if Dalton cant go

I like DiNucci’s arm talent but there’s no way I want him playing at this point in his career. We gotta sign someone.

understand, but if Dalton goes down it may not matter who the 3rd string QB is. Season will be over.

Even if you plan on rolling with DiNucci I'd at least pick up Clayton Thorson. You're a play away from being down to JUST DiNucci. I'd keep 3 QBs.

Kellen Moore will come out of retirement and play if needed. He can call his own plays
Sadly...I think Kellen has let himself go....doesn't look like he is in game shape. Has completely embraced the John Madden / Andy Reid coaching style.

My guess is that every team that has a decent QB on their PS, all protected them today so they can't be signed. That's would I would do, not sure how the process works but I had the chance to protect a QB on my PS i was high on , I would protect them right now.

Dalton is tough. His injury history looks like this:

Nov 25, 2018 NFL Hand Thumb Torn Ligament Dalton was placed on IR with torn thumb ligaments. He had surgery in late November
Dec 13, 2015 NFL Hand Thumb Fracture Dalton fractured his right (throwing) thumb making a tackle after he was picked off. He didn't need surgery but missed the final 3 games of the regular season and Cincinnati's 1 playoff game.
Sep 11, 2011 NFL Hand Wrist Bruise Dalton was knocked out of Week 1 with a bruised right (throwing) wrist/forearm but was able to play the following week.

Of course, none of that says he is indestructible.

Id be way more interested in finding a serviceable DT than worrying about a backup qb that if we have to go to is pointless anyways.
I agree
If we get to the 3rd QB it’s time to start looking at the draft zone
By the way we are in first place and probably still in the running for first pick
It is one really weird season

Eh, I'd dalton goes down too does anything else really matter?

I'm skeptical drew Stanton is going to come in and save everything.

I say let dinucci come in and get some reps. It may be a disaster, it may not.
Never know, said that when Romo came in

Stephen really just wanted to say: "We have DiNucci. That's more than enough."

He knows it's only a matter of time before Ben takes over and leads us to Super Bowls for the next decade. In fact, the defense will play better simply because it won't want to disappoint DiNucci.

In all seriousness, I agree with this. If Dalton were to get hurt, then it's time to get DiNucci some experience to at least see if he can be a quality backup.
