Carson rushes through his progressions while Dak is considered to be too slow in reading through his progressions. With our porous o line, I hope we do shorter drop backs for Dak to get rid of the ball quicker. He's taking a lot of heat from the media this past week and deservedly so. He's been awful in both games so far. Wentz does not look comfortable in the pocket and rushes through his progressions. He has to be afraid of getting hit.
If the Bengals beat Philly Sunday and if it's even partly Wentz's fault, well, let's just say Wentz could very well be done as the Philly starting QB.

Count the sacks and qb hits as well. Imho, 4 sacks is too high for 2 games. That averages out to be 32 sacks for the season!Stats this year do not support that conclusion.
Prescott has been sacked just 4 times compared to 8 for Wentz.

16 games X 2 sacks per game "averages" 32 sacks per season. Not included qb hits that cause errant throws. What do 8 sacks in two games average out to be?

I am going to guess at it and say 64, since they won't answer the question. How many is 4 sacks per game like Wentz?

Carr's record of 76 sack in a year is not in jeopardy. Wentz won't remain healthy enough to challenge the record.
I am betting he won't even get close to 50
I looked into his contract and the team is absolutely stuck with him until after the 2021 season. If they were to bench him, I don't think there's any way they could ever go back. So I can't see any way they do anything with him barring injury before the end of the 2021 season. They're stuck.
They have waaay too much invested to give up on him this season with THIS SEASON being the key. My guess is if he doesn't figure it out by the end of the season, he'll be on a short leash next year. Especially with Hurts waiting on the sideline. Hell, when you think about, maybe drafting Hurts was part of their exit plan for him anyway.
I think he gets this entire season at a minimum to turn things around. If things stay this bad or get worse? They might look to someone else next year. But even if they do, is Hurts that guy?
You said but hurtsgood no offense to wentz as a person but he have been a golden boy in the media. how long can he live off 2017?
but hurts isnt taking his job lol!
No I don'tI feel bad for him, second pick overall in the draft, supposedly savior the of the franchise, playing in a tough city, having to watch his back up lead the team to a Super Bowl victory. His team is having to deal with injuries and he's not off to a very good start, you have to feel for the guy.
