It's better to just post your own pov rather than attacking someone elses all the time. There's really no such thing as street credibility on these forums. A spirited repartee is the essence of a successful forum.

You are a noble guy and a class act. Wishing you the best.

That was a class act. No malice intended on that play, just unfortunate. I thought about Lawrence Taylor's reaction. The NFL is a fraternity and opponents actually care about one another. However, the league will probably re-address that type of tackling.

Wonder if Randy white or Harvey martin, deacon jones and especially jack tatum would have apologized...not being mean or crass..but it is the nature of the game...I felt terrible for Dak,but it's a risk they all signed on for when they chose this profession.

Well at least he is not Aaron Donald who purposely jumped on Alex Smith to see if his leg would hold up!

The sad thing is... those defenders are employed and paid to stop a player any way legally necessary. If defenders start thinking too much during a tackle and miss the tackle, now they're unemployed, trying to be careful.

I can appreciate this player's concern for Dak but he had absolutely NO reason to apologize. He was doing his job!!! Maybe some of these offensive players have to be more aware of getting down sooner after getting tangled up with defenders. Remember when Dez used to have players hanging off of him while fighting for more yards??? Thats what got him hurt as well.

More class than some posters here who were cheering on Trysten Hill when he intentionally injured Chris Carson.

Hot take their champ.

Do you ever post anything outside of two perspectives? One being posts that state the mundane and overt obvious that anyone with a working brain would notice or your other favorite posting style revolving around the simplemindedly stupid football observations you make with reckless abandon?

Just wondering...

He’s like the girl in Hey Arnold who has a crush on Arnold but bullies him to hide it.

Logan is 5'11" 195, trying to bring down 6'2" 240 in a dead run trying to gain yardage and get's stiff armed. How is he going to bring Prescott down without using his weight as leverage? I am sure if he had to to do over again, he would be more careful and explain to his coaches and teammates why he didn't bring the runner down. Dak Prescott would be the first to admit he is a load to bring down and it's like taking on a FB. It's simply football and this stuff happens every weekend.

Watch that play in slomo and it looks like he could have done it differently, until you look at that at full speed again. I have seen tacklers torque themselves up doing that same tackle.

Ugh, I HATE the Giants, but, they're making it hard for me to do that this week. Between Garrett and Logan with his sincere apology, there is a lot of class coming out of that organization this week.

They showed real class and it’s appreciated

but then when I see that Blue uniform I instantly feel how ive always felt

hope they go 0-16

I've heard former Commanders on the radio that said they would have done the same thing Donald did. If you're on the field, you're fair game. If you have an apparent weakness, people will go after it in ANY contact sport. If Alex isn't healed up enough or isn't ready to take NFL level punishment, leave him on the bench. Plain and simple.....

...real class from Logan. Its ok, you play to bring the other man down. Its your job, Dak knows that.

Not with questionable tackling techniques. Sorry, I cannot accept garbage apologies.

I don’t know what play you’re referring to regarding Donald but intentionally trying to injure someone has no place in the game.

And it shouldn’t be promoted. The NFL is violent but it’s not MMA or boxing. Get out of here.

I think that showed class on his part, as for the injury there was nothing intentional about it. He is a defender trying to make a play. Dak has to do a better job of protecting himself, he tried to pick up the extra yards instead of getting to the ground. League puts in these rules so QB can protect themselves even if they can't get to the sidelines. You give yourself up and play is dead, but when you do as Dak did then you will be treated like any other ball carrier.

do you supposed if he had yelled at dak to please go down so as not to be injured dak would have complied?
