The reason NFL teams shy away from running quarterbacks is because they inevitably get injured, leaving their team without it's starting quarterback.
Scrambling is okay in limited instances, but when a quarterback exposes himself to tacklers, the more he gets hit, the more likely he is to be injured.
Michael Vick is the classic example, but Carson Wentz is more recent.
Lamar Jackson is tempting fate, and the Ravens will be done if he goes down.
There is no other point to this thread than to remind fans of this fact.
