Elliott can’t be gone from this team quickly enough

Don't pay an RB.

I don't hate Elliott. But Pollard could be every bit as important for a lot less.

I watched the film.
I didn’t see Connor McGovern, C Williams, and the undrafted sisters playing on the OL.

Elliott is overrated. He's a shell of his rookie self. He looks slower, less decisive, etc. And now he fumbles.

We were smart with the TB for like a few months back in 2015 and then got stupid again.

It all went downhill in 2015. After smartly letting Murray walk because they knew overpaying for a TB was a mistake, Jerry and Stephen showed a lack of football instincts and knowledge in 2015 when they convinced themselves what really was the issue in that lost season was not having a bellwether TB like Murray.

So they did a complete 180 and then used a high pick for Elliott. Then they compounded that idiotic move by handing him a huge contract when he held out. And this on top of all the off the field issues Elliott created for himself and the team.

What a completely horrendous line of decision making on the TB starting at the end of the 2015 season.

But let’s be honest with ourselves here. Would Ramsey have the same success with the Cowboy defenses since 2015? Think about the pass rush or lack of.

I’ve been a huge Zeke fan from day one.

But...

He’s lost me.

“Not worried about fumbles...”

“I’m probably not going to fumble the rest of the year.”

and this genius quote..

“fumbles come in bunches..”

He isn’t in it to win it. I could never imagine Emmitt saying anything like that and I don’t care what the record of the team would be. Zeke has lost that mental edge.

I’ve never been a big fan of paying a running back that kind of money. Now I’m even more convinced. They need to do like the Rams did with Gurley and admit the mistake as soon as its reasonable on the cap.

Agreed.

The dude traded his heart for the bag. He is a lost cause.

Pollard has been boneheaded returning kicks, but he looked faster and better out there tonight when they sat Elliott for a while.

Not talking about his kick returns, yeah, they're carp.

He's a good RB. Better than a lot of starters on other teams in the NFL.

I do NOT hate Zeke. This is just not 1993.

I'd rather have Ramsey right now.
