How does an official completely miss the WR being tackled in his route and then reward the DB that did it with an interception?

Insult to injury was the analyst giving credit to the Cardinal DBs for being "physical" in the 2nd half.

The NFL is a major **** show at times. How is that not reviewable on a key play like a TO???:angry:

The refs were not very good tonight. They missed a lot of obvious penalties. The PI they missed was clearly a blown call and a huge play in the game. But the Cards were literally tackling Cowboys defenders most of the night. But that's not why Dallas lost. They lost because they are a terrible football team.

Yeah, I have no idea what the official was looking at to think that play was clean.

But one missed PI call does not excuse 38-10 so hard to be mad about it.

You could say it was PI. One could also look at it and say it was Lamb that ran into the DB and not call it. Which is what happened. Regardless of which you believe, Dalton shouldn't have made that throw since the DB had outside leverage. Had Lamb not fallen it still probably gets picked or knocked down.

The way I see it, we are using up all our bad penalty mojo in a lost season so that we can get good calls when it matters somewhere in the future.

They said they reviewed it since it was a turnover and it stayed

It was a bad call but would it really matter? This team is dysfunctional from top to bottom. Dak was the only one who tried to keep them on track but still he wasn't able to do it all by himself and now he is out. This season is over.

How do we know if it would or would not have really mattered? This team has been in a hole to start the second half because of turnovers before. It was a huge play and they need to get that right.

yeah if it led to a score that could change momentum things like that matter.
they also missed hitting te after he was out of bounds, it was also helmet to helmet.
Then we got some funky iffy calls on dallas. it all adds up.
