I don’t know if there is a meaningful drop first of all and secondly, if there is I’m not going to arbitrarily blame it on black athletes speaking their minds over and above other potential valid and rational reasons.
If black athletes expressing their opinions on politics and social norms and mores bothers you, then the problem is you, not them.
Why are you assuming my stance comes from a race issue, and not a entertainment issue. Which is what a football game is. White players are doing it, and white commentators.
The forum bothers me, and I don't like when white athletes do it either. They can speak their mind all they want, but the 3 hours they play a football game is not their forum. Their is 165 other hours a week they can do whatever they want. They have social media, can do interviews, and do tv and radio shows. Why is it being forced into games? Why are the commentators doing it.
Who cares what these people think about politics, race relations, or what other social crap they want.
NBA playoff were down 34 percent form last year, that is huge. First 4 games of NFL were down 10 percent
Again my original comment that you responded to was about the salary cap may drop because of viewership. My analysis is because of the B.S. they have been pushing the last couple of years. If you disagree, instead of making it a race issue, what is your reason for the drop
