To help get myself through what has already shaped up to be a very emotional season :( I've placed myself on a bourbon IV drip.
***WARNING***
" Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while under the bourbon IV drip... it is always a good idea to consult your physician when choosing this course of treatment "

lol...hound dog! You need to get off the moon shine and smoke some devils weed...good for you.

Don't get drunk...get buzzed like a fly on the wall and just have a big old belly laugh while watching this circus.

Not jumping ship. Not hating them. Still a fan but just apathetic to their games. You don't get excited for wins and don't sulk over losses. It has been happening for me over the past few years. Once the game is over, I turn off the tv, don't listen to any post game shows. I post on here a little and then they are out of my mind. I move on. Win or lose. There is no hope in sight for this franchise at all.

I don't think I will ever stop watching completely and I definitely won't root for another team.

Not to the franchise but to the Joneses.

Shoot I hit that point in mid 2000s. Big plays dont excite me and big screw ups dont upset me I just watch win or lose about the same emotions. I think last time I was excited or had hope was Wade's first season then seen Wade and JG for who they truly were and that combined with already knowing who Jerry was pretty much zapped me. I tried to get a little excited over Mike but I watched him in GB and best I could manage was neutral wait and see and that is fading fast.

Have been for years, doesn't phase me whether they win or lose but this latest trashing the coaching to the media in anonymity has me as an anti fan.
I guess it depends what side of the fence you’re on when it comes to this coaching staff :)

It’s why we should have more realistic expectations. Then you aren’t so shocked and disappointed. Base expectations on recent history and results not hope and eternal optimism .

No, it doesn't. You don't go the coward's way as anonymous through the media. You keep company business within the company.

I actually think this coaching staff is lacking, thought so from that first game with McC's decision making and now that brings that back up as something a little different.

I said at the time I thought his reasoning was trying to win the team over but what if the team had never bought in? They were saying all the right things but what did they really think?

First of all, I do not discount players' opinions of good or bad coaching as most easily recognize empty team sweats. What I do not agree with is the cowardly way of going about this.

This might carry more weight if they hadn't quit after two fumbles and a dropped TD pass to help the Cards out. I will not pull for these quitting losers in another game.

Ive already seen two tweets from calling out the coaching from players.

You really expect the reporters to name their sources. C’mon CC

This all over the local media now. It’s blowing up.

The coaching has been horrific.

No, at this point I HATE this team. NO reason at all to root for them. I only like about 4 or 5 players on this team. I will root for any team that plays Dallas at this point. Dallas losing EVERY game is the best thing for the franchise.

Now if Denucci were to come in at QB, I might root for him to do well, but still lose.

You are missing the point, this is not the way to do it.

You remember when the Giants were at odds with Coughlin? Did they sneak it into the media? No, they asked for a meeting with him and kept it within the team. Coughlin is actually the one that broke that after he took them bowling.

If you are the coaches on that team, you now know you do not have a team because there are enemies among them. Let's all conveniently ignore how these players played and quit. It's all on the coaches.

No one is saying it’s all on the coaches.

I used to be a die hard. Years of Garrett-Romo-Jerry blunders fed my apathy. Yeah, I watch and pay attention but I’m nowhere near what I was as a fan. Good news is it really made my love for college football grow. I watch a ton of college ball now and support my NT Mean Green at every corner. I’ve been to every Bowl Game UNT has gone to the last 15 years. I’ve had way more fun at those games than any Cowboy game.
Dak, Zeke, Tank, Amari, jaylon, LVE helped bring me back a little. I’m hanging on by a thread...

Well, yep, they are.

Yes , they are only calling out the coaching but they aren’t saying that our current state is all on our coaching.

I think the bigger point is our coaching isn’t helping. And in fact could be hurting,
