Clearly demonstrates how little you know about creating a culture and great management. JG knew how to do that and in my opinion he is missed.

He was the coach of the year for goodness sake! The experts and coaches know a great coach when they see it and JG is without a doubt a great coach.

Dude that's like bragging that you got a 54 on a test just because your friend made a 49, a 54 is still a failing grade.

Really great new direction. I'd gladly accept JG back but that ship has sailed forever. Sad to see the Dallas Cowboys literally being mocked and laughed at on TV. Sad to her our players are so disgruntled they complain to the media. It was never even close to this bad under JG. Campo? Absolutely. Parcels even had his issues with his temper and callous style.

JG built a strong culture and it is being sharted upon. Makes me sad.

The culture here will forever be Jerry's to build and it's built in his honor. The culture is maximize your wealth, make all you can from the star, retire a happy man and oh yeah if you can play some inspired football along the way we'd appreciate it.

I know many on this forum thought Jason Garrett was trash and a horrible coach. I wholeheartedly disagree and as proof I give you this pathetic excuse for a "professional football team". The players are now speaking out with their frustrations: coaches don't teach, they don't adjust and the CULTURE is bad".

I guarantee you one thing, with Jason in charge this Cowboys team was a team, they were focused and they worked their ***** off. Never complained to the media folks about a bad culture. JG was all about culture and drive and being the best you can be every day.

So, congrats all you out there that wanted this change. You got what you wanted. Happy now?
Yes, the man had a decade to get something done and it was clear the ceiling had been reached. We risked doing worse for the opportunity to do better. We can do worse than MM too, but at some point we are going to have to pull the trigger and see if we can find something better. Jimmy was able to win here. It may be difficult but it is possible. Find the next Jimmy, even if it takes 10 coaching changes.

JG still is garbage. True this looks worse but ten years of mediocrity was 10 too long.
So no we’re not happy now but still wouldn’t take the red trash ball back.

Disagree with you. One of the biggest reasons we are where we are today...is because we hung on to Jason Garrett too long.

No they didn’t complain to the media at all. They just posted on social media and created the Hot Boyz.
But the results aside from a few seasons were much the same weren’t they.
I keep referring to one game for all believers that JG’s group and team were better, look at the game against a depleted Philly squad much the same as the Cowturds of this year.
All that team had to do was win that 1 game and they’re in the playoffs. They were playing against a secondary comprised of players who were signed off the streets.
Need I remind you of the result?
There was no accountability with JG and his players loved him... wouldn’t you?

Maybe some of these clowns are finally being called out behind closed doors and their feelings are hurt, acting like children and blaming everyone but themselves

We would be 0-6 with Garrett right now. When has Garrett proven that he can coach this team through an injury disaster like this? They lose Tyron alone and the whole offense falls apart like in 2017. McCarthy deserves a chance to cleanse this culture. I don't know if he is great but we are expecting way too much from him in Year 1 inheriting this mess. People overrated the talent on this team thinking it was one coach away from being able to compete against the Chiefs. We are a team that has had to fight just to make the playoffs in the last 3 years despite playing in a horrible division. That's not a good team.
When he won the coach of the year with a rookie 4th round QB and dominated the regular season. Check and mate my friend.
