It is amazing how that jackass changed his tune quick today about Dak. That idiot is LITERALLY on tape saying that Dak is no better than Dalton...Suddenly today he is like "Everybody knows Dak is better than Dalton...that isn't the question."

How much of a POS do you have to be?
Did you here his love fest for Wince? Cowherd actually had the nerve to take away Dak’s rookie season and say Dak is a product of the NFC East. If you take away Wentz second season and the NFC East what would he be. He conveniently leaves out that Dak is 5-3 against Wentz.

McCarthy has brought zero value-added to game day. If the players are unhappy with his methods, he should start sitting them. I want to see a coach in control of the team, not the BS crapping up the field these days. Unprepared and unmotivated are coaching issues. Put the guys on the field who want to work at winning and let the superstars watch from the sideline.

He doesn’t have that power. Remember he’s just there as a face in the HC spot, Ita Jerry’s team.

Should've went with Urban Myer. This coaching staff is a hack job.

I don;t think Urban would have accepted.....he was just playin' with that comment.

He is a college coach through and through...and smart enough to know it. He doesn't want his migraines to come back that fast.

And, we all know that the only way that the GM will be replaced is when Jerry dies.
Only to be replaced by the mental midget Stephen.

Hows that for a rosy future for this franchise

When there is no accountability from the coaching staff then yes that's on the coaches. You have constant miscommunication, lazy turnovers, guys taking plays off, etc.

Having bad players is one thing. Having bad players who you allow to play to the bottom of their potential is another.
Players are a reflection of their coaching.

What exactly is the coaching staff supposed to do about fumbles?
Doing nothing is sure not working. Jimmy Johnson’s teams never turned the ball over like this and those teams also got a lot of turnovers. A tough coach doesn’t put up with sloppy play.

I heard on the radio that Jane Slater is reporting that anonymous cowboy players are disgruntled. The current coaching staff isn't good at their jobs. They don't teach or make in-game adjustments.

MM may be out after the season but Dallas isn't getting better until they clean house and start signing higher character players.

Yet Kellen Moore will be untouchable as Jerry prepares him to be the next hc.

Jimmy's teams had hall of famers at QB, RB, and WR. When those are the guys accounting for the majority of touches, you're not going to have turnovers.

It's not as if there's anything to coach, in terms of fumbling. He benched Zeke - I would've gone longer - but it's not like the message wasn't there.

I thought Myer was the best guy for the job. Very seasonal and proven college coach. Not one of these up and coming coaches. He want to run the ball and more than likely all he had to do was put in a staff and find a good DC.

I agree....he is a great coach and very qualified. But he likes the youth. He's a teacher...not so much manager. Plus high profile Dallas? I'm thinking USC.

I woulda gone longer too. It's not like this was an isolated incident. Zeke gotta do some soul searching here. On the bench during a big game....good place to start.

Didn’t people say the same thing about the Packers when McCarthy was there?
What did he really do there? He never built a defense and expected Rodgers to just win with offense. It worked none time. With Rodgers he should have gotten at least 2 SB... maybe 3... JMO

As I recall the GM there didn't give him a lot to work with either. They were never really active in the offseason or in free agency. Once they started losing their receivers to injury or free agency there was never much of a push to replace them either. It's easy to look at any situation and just blame one dude because you don't like him.

Well he ran some big name programs with some chips. I think he can manage a pro team pretty good.

Again..I think he can too. But does he WANT to.

He doesn't like controversy or drama. He had some at Ohio State....and shortly after...quit. It's HIS team no one elses. Probably wouldn't work here.

Again....fully capable and would be a helluva team. Too bad.
