Is Zeke still a top 5 RB?

What's wrong with some well-deserved victory laps?

There was a very select few of us that knew that Zeke was among the most overrated players in the league, and people thought he was amongst the top at his position(many had him as the best overall which says a lot about Cowoboys fans). But those select few fought the good fight explaining over and over why he was never actually that good, and now people are starting to realize it.

Hell Catch17 has gone from "Zeke is the engine to our offense and nearly any QB could be successful with him in the backfield" to "I would never sink resources into the RB position" in a very short period of time.
Lol, I’ll be running laps until that chode is off the team.

Someone is gonna get a example made out of. If Elliot has a multiple fumble game it could be him. They put Pollard in and he was doing ok. Opposing defenses are going after the ball when Elliot has the ball. They will even chance missing the tackle to go for the ball.

Opposing teams focus on zeke alright, just not for the reasons his homers claim. Opposing teams focus on zeke like that big kitty in your avatar focuses on a filet mignon.

Not the way he’s playing right now but he’s still capable of being top 5 or even 3

Yeah, maybe with the best O line in the league, in which case several other RB’s would be better than zeke.

Hasn’t been since 2016. As people are starting to realize, he’s below average without a great O line. Great players create plays, he doesn’t. The stats and evidence have been there forever and the O line has been masking his deficiencies but his panty sniffers refused to believe it.
yes he was in 17 and 18. Definitely not anymore but he was top 5 his first 3 years easily

And when was the last time a RB drafted in the top 10 won a Super Bowl or even got to a Super Bowl with the team that drafted him?

*Notice I gave some leeway and didn’t even ask about top 5.

I say that about offensive guards. We have the highest paid one. What good has it done us? Lol.

Gave zeke room to run?

I do think guards are the lowest tier on the O line but regardless, without a good O line everyone else is diminished or worthlesss.
