Its time to give your Sunday pregame speech before we hit the filed for the Washing game. Anonymous hasn't come forward. What do you say to this team? Me:

Okay guys, Let's get some things out of the way.
Anybody don't know their assignments, raise your hand.

Raise your hand if you're not prepared to play.

Anybody feel like they didn't get enough coaching this week?

By the lack of hands, I'd say we all know our assignments, we're all prepared, and we feel adequately coached. And just so we're clear, I'm not going to pick up a paper and see some Anonymous a$$bag making some chickensh!* comment about not being prepared, not being given assignments, and not be coached.

For those of you who slept through meetings and are just joining the program we're playing the 1-5 Washington Football Team.

Rip them a new one and cut a couple of guys. Poe and Crawford come to mind and the secondary player that said he doesn't hustle every play.

If I'm MM I know I cant turn this mess around enough to do anything meaningful this season.

Which means I'm going to put the hardest working players on the field and yank those that aren't practicing and preparing with everything they got. Regardless of their contract numbers and jersey sales. That doesn't mean I'm not taking care of my vets. Im simply not catering to the entitled.

Im communicating with my positional coaches and holding them accountable for their players effort and fundamentals. Im expecting guys who dont understand to be taught. That means coaches and players working over time to get on the same page. If there is a concept or particular scheme that is overly complicated we are simplifiy and slowly learning.

I will use this season to set expectations and show repercussions. If the repercussions aren't approved by the GM I am going to keep doing it my way until Im fired.

I would prefer to do things in a way I know they will work than compromise my reputation and integrity. Losing gets you fired anyways. May as well go down swinging.

Your speech was perfect too lol.

Dang. I know stuff's bad right now, with all that starving defense, and the turnover storms, and we are running out of offensive linemen. Now I understand everyone's stuff is emotional right now. But I've got a 3 point plan that's going to fix EVERYTHING.

What do I do? I go up to Jerry’s office and leave a nice (brown) present on his desk. Write a note about how BS the culture of this team is, turn in my resignation, steal some money for some McDonalds and Whataburger, walk out, and as he hovers in on his helicopter, I go up to his helicopter pad, pants him, stick my middle finger up at him, and sky dive off the building.

What owner wouldn’t want to hire you after that fiasco? So now I’m guaranteed a job, and I left the Joneses Country Club. It’s a win win.

I'd tell Nolan to simplify the defensive scheme until next year when we hopefully can get some different players and a training camp. After that who knows, so many things to fix.

IMO the one who needs to be cut is Mike Nolan. That guy is dead weight. The Cowboy's defense has hit rock bottom under Nolan's guidance.
Get rid of Nolan. Now. P-L-E-A-S-E
Next guy to go would be Kellen Moore. McCarthy's history is he's a play caller. So demote Kellen Moore and and start calling plays Mike.

Simply just say that everyone is auditioning for a roster spot next season however true it may or may not be due to Jerry.
