It’s pretty doom and gloom , rightfully so. But looking at positives we hit a home run with our draft class.
CeeDee lamb - looks like he’s going to be a stud for a decade.
Trevon Diggs- is going to be a solid 2nd CB for us. He’s going through growing pains but he has confidence you can’t teach.
Gallimore- looked a little lost at beginning , but I’ve seen him make some really nice plays over these last two games. He has excellent burst, and plays with a low center of gravity. Love his hustle.
Biadasz- he might actually be our most impressive rookie. He is starting and playing really well. He has a nastiness and has been good at 2nd level blocks. Looks like he will be the starter for years.
Anae- has been trickled in and in his one snap he got immediate pressure. He looked strong showed tremendous pursuit. I kind of want to cut ties with Poe, Griffen, Smith , and just let these young DL play. They’re hungry and I feel like they’d be more assignment sound.
Terence Steele- he’s been bad at times. But the kid battles. He’s a pretty good run blocker, but struggles in pass protection. He might develop into good depth.
you have 5 potential starters and 4 for sure starters there out of a single draft. Now if we somehow land in the top 10 in draft order for 2021 we could really put ourselves in position to dominate this division for a half decade. The eagles are going to have serious Cap problems , and they have a lot of aging veterans, the giants and skins don’t have a QB, and you simply can’t compete like that. Another great draft will set up Dallas to dominate the division for a while.
